Amazing team at Bupa Sherborne. Silvu and Natalie are a great team as well as well Caitlin and Mandy. Always go above and beyond and very kind and considerate. Never offer unnecessary treatments and just an all round pleasant experience.

Mark the hygienist is excellent. I had a mouth problem causing me a lot of pain. The pain seemed to relate to the gums rather than the teeth. I visited the dentist who poked and prodded all the teeth and checked the bite and checked for pain with a cold material. None of the teeth caused pain, it was general pain which I believed related to gums. As I was in constant pain which was keeping me awake the dentist prescribed anti biotic. The mouth improved some but was still uncomfortable. One week later I visited Mark. Within seconds he identified the problem. There was an area of gum which had trapped food. He cleaned out the debris and it immediately felt more comfortable and has remained so. He showed me how to clean that area which was not helped by normal brushing. Thank you Mark I will miss you.

I had a appointment with Phillip and his team Friday I'm terrible with dentists and had bad experiences in the past I had a impacted wisdom tooth that was awkward I was shaking in the chair he made sure I was at ease and numb and talked me through the whole procedure his patient care was above and beyond making sure I felt ok and relaxed throughout the procedure

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this place goes above and beyond to put you at ease. The surgery is spotlessly clean and fresh. The receptionists are really helpful and friendly and my dentist Paul Bellis has been fantastic. After recently having a wisdom tooth extracted I cannot fault the aftercare I have received from the entire surgery. Whenever I have called with any issues they have managed to either see me the same day or squeeze me in early the next morning. I can’t recommend this dentist surgery enough!

Brooklyn House, is a wonderful dentist. So helpful, reassuring & always make me feel so at ease, when visiting. Donna on reception is always smiling & a great asset to the team, along with Leah, who is the best hygienist I have ever had. Francesca my dentist is also absolutely amazing. We recently moved to the area and were fortunate for my husband, myself and two grandsons to be accepted by Brooklyn house. From the initial telephone enquiry to actually attending appointments, I was so impressed how friendly and helpful the receptionists have been. I was told by a previous dentist that 'nothing could be done', to improve how my teeth looked. I was totally aware of how awful they looked and accepted the fact reluctantly. However Mr Sherwin put in place a dental treatment plan, and although I have a few more appointments to go, the difference with my teeth has been truly amazing. As a new patient at the practice I have been extremely pleased with my decision. Mr Sherwin identified a number of issues with my teeth which had been unreported at my latest check up elsewhere. I was able to get all the remedial work done quickly. It was great to have everything explained so clearly, an approach I had found difficult to find elsewhere. Likewise, during the procedures I was kept updated on what was being done at each step. Mr Sherwin's approach inspired a great deal of confidence and reassurance. I cannot fault this dental practice. My son has just had his third check up - literally takes a couple of minutes. The dentist and nurse were fantastic with my little boy and he was completely at ease. The receptionist is always welcoming and friendly and helped occupy my children while we waited. I would like to express the brilliant service I have received at this practice. I've recently had a teeth straightening process, and the whole experience has been great from start to finish. George has done a fabulous job and I highly recommend him, and the results have made me happy and more confident. Sharon the receptionist has also been brilliant at sorting my appointments around my busy lifestyle. I hope I'm able to become a regular patient here as I'm now reluctant to go anywhere else. I’m a relatively nervous patient after having a particularly bad experience at another dentist. Both Spyridon (dentist) and Charlotte (dental nurse) have looked after me so well, calmed my nerves and got me through all my check ups and treatments without me worrying or feeling anxious. Came here today with my 7yr old grandaughter who needed 2 teeth extracted . Think that i was more nervous than her . The staff are very friendly and in particular the assistant was absolutely amazing very caring and understanding so thankyou very much from the both of us .

As a family we have been visiting church street dental practice for many years. The team there are fantastic and always friendly. Today we were greeted by Tracey who always has a welcoming smile on reception. I saw Pavan Chahal for treatment and he was amazing! Such a lovely friendly guy who really put me at ease, as I'm not the best patient! Georgia who was helping Palvan was so kind to my son who had to attend my appointment with me.
