Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I had an exceptional experience today. Naomi and her wonderful assistant demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. Remarkably, at 43 years old, I even learned the proper technique for brushing my teeth.

I recommend the dentist Rishi Naraidoo.. he is a very good dentist.. he really knows what he is doing and the visit with him was a pleasure.. I almost fell asleep while he was fixing my teeth.. he is very friendly and understanding.. he explained everything very well, how the treatment would be carried out, paying attention to the smallest details... I highly recommend it, it's really worth it!!

Have used this practice for as long as I can remember for check ups and more recently teeth whitening. Always been a relaxed and high quality environment. Last week I was slightly nervous to get my composite bonding, after wanting to get it for a while, was really worried it would be too obvious. It only took a few hours and it looks natural and fantastic - can't recommend Helen enough.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. I joined this practice because my previous dentist in Parkstone went private, I live in Wareham, couldn’t find an alternative NHS dentist, had no choice other than join a private one, and chose Wareham Dental Surgery. Since joining I have found all staff members to be helpful, very pleasant and welcoming. Swapnil, the Dentist that I see, has a very calming manner, and is gentle in his approach. I had to have an extraction yesterday, which I wasn’t looking forward to, but “Neil” took his time and removed all three roots individually, constantly explaining what he was doing. Whilst I wouldn’t relish a repeat performance, if I had to I wouldn’t be so nervous next time, as I know I am in safe hands!! Thank you all for your professionalism and consideration.

Just completed the first of three dental implants and to say I am super pleased is an understatement. Apart from being a contender for the nicest man in England, Swapnil is an absolutely brilliant dentist. Implants require a lot of attention to detail and Swapnil completed every stage with great care – he is completely dedicated to his profession. As a result of his work I have a perfect rear molar implant which means I can chew again! My new tooth feels brilliant and I am really looking forward to the next stage in my treatment plan - two upper molar implants with a bridging tooth in between.

Managed to break a tooth at the start of my holiday in Dorset, Wareham Dental surgery kindly fitted me in and fixed the problem until I next see my dentist in London. Otis explained what he had done and made a few good suggestions. Highly recommend and when I finally do return to Dorset for good will definitely use full time.

Absolutely outstanding! Superb treatment using state of the art procedures. Both dentists are highly skilled, patient and kind. We cannot praise Wareham Dental highly enough. Great reception and dental nurses. They went out of their way to fit me in for an emergency procedure - the dentist even called me out of hours to organise treatment! Without question the best dental treatment we have ever had.

I can't recommend Cheriton Dental Practice highly enough, from initial contact with Tracy who was so helpful and professional in arranging treatment for my son. Andy Thomas is an outstanding Dentist, I felt very confident leaving my son in his capable hands, he was very personable and put my son at ease. Thank you also to Ann who was nursing for Andy, she was so kind and professional.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

I was caught up heavy traffic due to an accident and had to travel another route. I telphoned the dental surgery to say I was running late, The receptionist changed my hygiene appointment from 10.30 to 12.30. The hygienist Lucyna was excellent in providing a good cleaning of my teeth.

From a very nervous patient: My appointment with Octavian allayed my fears. He was very kind and reassuring and explained everything in detail. I will need to return for some treatment, but have no worries!

As a new patient I had looked at the reviews which were Excellent- slightly nervous to meet the dentist Octavian - I had an existing implant bridge but had accidentally chipped a front tooth. I felt so depressed by this but this lovely dentist put me at ease and said he could fix it. What great work, I’m amazed how good it looks. Thank you. My upset and depression lifted immediately. Most definitely I recommend this dentist.

A very positive experience for me. The staff are very friendly and the appointments were on time. I needed root canal treatment and the service I received from Mr Gheorgheoiu was outstanding and of the highest professional standard. I would highly recommend this surgery.

I was treated with respect but in a friendly way; I was seen pretty much at my appointment time even though it was at the end of the day; everything was explained to me; and my follow-up appointment was made within three weeks.

Toni at Leigh Dental is the only person I’d trust to do my aesthetics. She’s always goes through everything with you thoroughly first and will keep you at ease from the onset and throughout. Toni knows I like to have a natural look and always knows exactly what is best, and her expertise, guidance and advice has never been wrong. The botox I’ve had since going to Toni is the best I’ve ever had and last longer than anywhere I had gone before, so is also great value for money. Couldn’t recommend Toni more!

I had the most amazing time with Toni ( gosh I hope that’s her name) Hygienist this morning . She was so generous with the application of her skills and time, the most gentle hands on my teeth ( each tooth was individually cleaned and inspected!) the process was so thorough and she took her time to explain as she went along and offering loads of advice. I honestly felt like I was in the most capable hands ever ! compared to other experiences I’ve had; this stands out as one of a kind. I must also commend the receptionists (Alison Zoe) ; from the first phone call to needing to cancel due to illness to finally turning up today- everyone was amazing: I think I’ve found my new dental practice! I have had many problems with my teeth since I was a child. I tried many dentists over the years and I must say that Finest Smile is by far the best. I had given up on dentist for few years after few really bad experiences. I am very happy that I have found Monika and her team, they are all amazing. Excellent and very professional care. Monika even stayed working longer on my last visit to make sure everything looks perfect. I had fillings done, crowns, root canal, all of it was done to a really high standard and looks even better than I thought it would be. Highly recommended.
