Sam replaced our entire roof and porch roof in January. Really happy with the result. Quote was very professional and all work carried out as expected. Sam’s communication was excellent keeping me updated at all times and checking I was happy along the way. Roof looks great and seems to have solved our damp problems too!! At the end Sam and his team all did a brilliant job tidying too and left the patio and garden all clear. Highly recommend

Contacted Sam regarding a disconnected downpipe which was causing some concern having come away from the gutter and soakaway. He came back to me the same day and arranged to visit the next day. Made an assessment of what needed doing and was efficient. Did a great job of fixing the problem and making everything more secure to prevent further failure. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Sam and his team are brilliant. I had a garage roof that was rotting and needed help with. Sam came over and gave me a very thorough quote, with pictures showing me exactly what was wrong and how they could help. The quote was very reasonable compared to others I had and Sam’s attention to detail was unmatched. The team was professional, prompt and tidy. I also had guttering installed as a last minute ask which they also accommodated for. The roof looks very neat and tidy and even comes with a 25 year warranty! Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

I was experiencing water ingress issues with the roof on a (relatively) recently constructed garden room which the original builder was completely unresponsive to. David Budd and his team (Mark and Sean) did a great job with the re-roofing. The roof is now as it should be. One happy customer.

I don't usually leave reviews, but dave and his team were that good... it's the least i could do... They initially attended to a roof leak for my elderly mum last year... they attended within hours, managed to do a temp fix and get her in the dry, then were back within days with scaffold to do proper repair. My own roof was in need of redoing, so i got dave to quote along with a couple of other roofers, and he came in cheapest. they've just finished and i'm chuffed with how it all went. Good value and very professional.

During the awful weather we had over the weekend, my roof at my property become damaged. Redmore Roofing were professional to deal with and they've done a good, tidy job with our roof repair in a timeframe we're pleased with. I'm happy with the work that's been done. Our payment ended up being a bit higher than our estimate in the end, which wasn't ideal but the guys had to stay for longer than was anticipated on that quote to complete the work, so it was justifiable. Also, a little bit of mess was left behind in our garden where it looks like some dirt was used to prop open our gate (but in the grand scheme of things that's really quite negligible). Overall, I'd happily recommend Redmore to anyone considering them and will be calling them first if anything else needs to be done with our roof.

My original quote was for some replacement guttering, fascias and soffits requested in September 2022 after the purchase of a new house. I agreed my very reasonable quote with the lovely Christie at the office, and waited for my slot. By November, rain was freely watering my living room and a whole new set of problems came to bite me. Jory was quick to attend my frantic emergency and temporarily fixed the problem - the man was my hero of the day. After a terrible winter 2022/23 (why did I buy this house) it was very clear the roof was leaking in multiple areas and the membrane was causing condensation not picked up in the survey. Jory offered various options to allow me to fix a serious problem at an affordable price. I chose a reroof and had all the gutters, fascias and soffits renewed at the same time. All I can say is, I could not have chosen a better roofer, the man knows what he is doing. Jory and Ryan were professional but personable and made me feel safe (as a single mum). The job was completed efficiently, to a high standard (they even took away the old chimney wedged under my roof!) with attention to detail for a Victorian property. Matt explained every thing clearly, and gave a competitive quote, so after checking his reviews, I accepted his quote. He and his crew were very professional, efficient, friendly and tidy. The also did a thorough clean up at the end. Would recommend them 100%.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

My roof and chimney needed much more work than was initially apparent (a whole new chimney) but it was all done as promptly as possible, sometimes in the pouring rain, and to a very high standard. Professional, Polite, Quick and honest. we had a loose tile on our roof that had slipped down into the gutter and was at risk of falling, possibly injuring anyone underneath. First time I've used Craig and definitely wont be the last. We were installing a new boiler and required his services to install the new weather slate for the flue. He did a great job and was very professional

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.
