This guy is one of the most honest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet, he spotted a wallet on a main roundabout, pulled over to walk back and get it and tracked me down to return it. I’ve no doubt his roofing is to an equal high standard.

When the thatch was finished they tidied the outside of my house and in fact it looked much better than when they started. Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Brilliant...Up Top Roofing are an extremely professional & knowledgeable company. They have recently replaced our garage flat roof and taken down a chimney from our main roof. The team from the initial scaffolders to the roofers were prompt, efficient, polite and completely cleaned the area upon completion of their works. We used up top roofing to redo the roof on our 3 bed detached as it was recommended by a surveyor. We got 3 quotes and went with the middle one which was up top. We were really impressed with the whole experience, from getting the quote to tidying up at the end. The guys were very professional, turned up on time and worked hard. As a result they finished ahead of schedule which was great for us as a family. We got the surveyor back as a matter of caution and even he was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the price we paid. All in all, considering the horror stories you here, we feel blessed with our choice and couldn't recommend highly enough

Kieran managed to fit us in same day for a visit, and then within a week to start work, all with a reasonable price too to replace our slates and fit underfelt. One week later, all the work is completed, all cleaned up and the entire roof is looking as good as new. Great service, would use again.

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Redmore Roofing were professional to deal with and they've done a good, tidy job with our roof repair in a timeframe we're pleased with. I'm happy with the work that's been done. Our payment ended up being a bit higher than our estimate in the end, which wasn't ideal but the guys had to stay for longer than was anticipated on that quote to complete the work, so it was justifiable. Also, a little bit of mess was left behind in our garden where it looks like some dirt was used to prop open our gate (but in the grand scheme of things that's really quite negligible). Overall, I'd happily recommend Redmore to anyone considering them and will be calling them first if anything else needs to be done with our roof.

I have been very impressed by Redmore Roofing Ltd. We had a part of our roof repaired and lead replaced. From start to finish Jay was reliable, communicative and helpful. The standard of work was excellent. We will definitely be employing Jay and his team again in the future.

My original quote was for some replacement guttering, fascias and soffits requested in September 2022 after the purchase of a new house. I agreed my very reasonable quote with the lovely Christie at the office, and waited for my slot. By November, rain was freely watering my living room and a whole new set of problems came to bite me. Jory was quick to attend my frantic emergency and temporarily fixed the problem - the man was my hero of the day. After a terrible winter 2022/23 (why did I buy this house) it was very clear the roof was leaking in multiple areas and the membrane was causing condensation not picked up in the survey. Jory offered various options to allow me to fix a serious problem at an affordable price. I chose a reroof and had all the gutters, fascias and soffits renewed at the same time. All I can say is, I could not have chosen a better roofer, the man knows what he is doing. Jory and Ryan were professional but personable and made me feel safe (as a single mum). The job was completed efficiently, to a high standard (they even took away the old chimney wedged under my roof!) with attention to detail for a Victorian property. Contacted Redmore Roofing for and urgent repair when I lost a ridge tile in the high winds last year. Arranged a quick and efficient repair. However there was a small hole in the under felt made when the tile came off. Jay and the gang came back removed the ride and a couple of layers of tiles, replaced the damaged felt and put all the tiles back like new. Did a fantastic job with great communication with Christie all the way through the process. My next door neighbour even commented that Jay and the guys were lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend Redmore Roofing if you are thinking of any roofing tasks.
