We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Huge thanks to J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd from Weymouth for the fantastic service we have received. Just 2 days to strip the tiles, remove the old felt and battens, install new felt and battens, clean & replace the tiles (including new ridge tiles) install a dry ridge and dry verge system, and clean the fascias and guttering. All waste was removed at the end of the job, and the property was left tidy. The team of young men were really polite, worked incredibly hard and are a credit to the company. Had a badly leaking bit of flat roof and called in Jamie for a quote. Was given what sounded to me like a competitive price with full details. Redmore Roofing were professional to deal with and they've done a good, tidy job with our roof repair in a timeframe we're pleased with. I'm happy with the work that's been done. Our payment ended up being a bit higher than our estimate in the end, which wasn't ideal but the guys had to stay for longer than was anticipated on that quote to complete the work, so it was justifiable. Also, a little bit of mess was left behind in our garden where it looks like some dirt was used to prop open our gate (but in the grand scheme of things that's really quite negligible). Overall, I'd happily recommend Redmore to anyone considering them and will be calling them first if anything else needs to be done with our roof.

Contacted Redmore Roofing for and urgent repair when I lost a ridge tile in the high winds last year. Arranged a quick and efficient repair. However there was a small hole in the under felt made when the tile came off. Jay and the gang came back removed the ride and a couple of layers of tiles, replaced the damaged felt and put all the tiles back like new. Did a fantastic job with great communication with Christie all the way through the process. My next door neighbour even commented that Jay and the guys were lovely and friendly. My original quote was for some replacement guttering, fascias and soffits requested in September 2022 after the purchase of a new house. I agreed my very reasonable quote with the lovely Christie at the office, and waited for my slot. By November, rain was freely watering my living room and a whole new set of problems came to bite me. Jory was quick to attend my frantic emergency and temporarily fixed the problem - the man was my hero of the day. After noticing a leak coming through my bedroom ceiling I rang lock-tight to check the roof, they inspected it and found it to be my lead valley. They explained it needed a new one and stripped my existing lead one, fitted a new fibreglass valley. Fair price and quick response. Would use again
