We were grateful to be fitted in urgently to remove our chimneys and re-tile the roof, and with all the advice provided. I knew I had picked the right roofer when they gave me an alternative design of roof to the one the architect drew up . It meant a new set of plans being drawn up but the extra pitch gave me far much more working room . The standard of work was exceptional with many neighbours commenting on the work . Kye , In particular proved to be such an experienced and considerate craftsman we used his services for installing the staircase , bathroom furniture fitting , door hanging and all the architrave and skirting work . Couldn’t recommend them strong enough

Rang Up Top Roofing for an emergency repair on my roof due to the storm. Kieran was at the door within 45 minutes, ready to repair the roof. Very efficient, prompt and professional! They were able to temporarily fix the roof quickly to stop the leaks into the house and will return for more extensive work on the roof. They explained everything and showed pictures of what they had done. Highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Up Top Roofing came to add extra insulation to the roof of our hydrotherapy pool.  When they arrived they quickly found a problem with the existing structure - the underlying ply was rotten and the old insulation had buckled.  Within an hour they had suggested a solution, and by the afternoon they had started work.  They pulled in extra support to make sure they could meet our timescales (the work was being grant funded, with tight deadlines) and did a really wonderful job.  The work is very professionally completed and looks great.  Each and every interaction with every member of staff, whether it be in the office or on site, was always delightfully friendly and professional.  In summary, Up Top Roofing are excellent and we would recommend them without hesitation.

What a brilliant business to deal with. Shane, the business owner, went out of his way to patch up our leaking gutter which had obviously been leaking for years, having just moved into a new home in Wareham. Shane made a temporary patch using lead as the leak was in a very awkward position. I would recommend this business to anyone.

After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. We met Shane who couldn't have been anymore willing to help. He came to have a look the following day. Understanding our financial situation he worked with us to make it as affordable as he could. His staff came and worked in the pouring rain all day, removing our old roof and framing for the new one. They were really lovely, and went above and beyond. We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

Dean, Magnus and Ben did a great job on our garage/workshop roof which needed replacing. They organised the scaffold and solar panel removal and it all went like clockwork. It’s rare to use the word excellent these days, but Total Restoration exceeded all expectations. From the outset, my initial call was returned within fifteen minutes. This included a discussion of the roof. I was pleasantly surprised to then be told someone would call that day, to assess the problem. The roofer Martin arrived, throughout I would discover he was completely knowledgeable and competent, and a credit to the business. Martin discussed the problem and made the facts clear what needed to be done. He advised this information would be passed to William and I would receive a quotation. All promises met, I received a call that confirmed the work to be done with a quotation. Being advised if I wished to proceed the team that attended initially, would undertake the work the following day. This was agreed. During the process of installing the new batten, Martin recognised the ridge tiles were cracking. Not only advising me, but he brought these down to show me the cracks and fully explained the problems moving forward. William contacted me and also discussed the ridge tiles, with an amended quotation; totally upfront. I agreed to these tiles being replaced for the longevity of the roof. During the process William called at the site to meet us and check if there were any further questions. This quality assurance is a great aspect to the business. Following completion of the work all debris was removed and the property left tidy. Martin was assisted by Ethan. Throughout their politeness and professionalism was refreshing, working hard at all times. A great asset and reflection of the business.
