Used Ross and the team following a recommendation from a neighbour. Ross was punctual and the quote provided is why we paid. All his staff were courteous and did a fantastic job repairing the verges on the house. Would definitely recommend and would 100% use again.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

Roof repair after Storm Eunice. Jeremy was round quickly with a (very competitive) quote and the work carried out shortly after. Excellent job done on replacing broken tiles. Would highly recommend him, and have done to friends and family. Top service!

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!

Excellent service, very professional, on time and friendly - couldn't ask for better from start to finish... Promptly returned my initial request for a quote and was happy to discuss options and answer questions we had. Kept us informed of the arrival of the scaffold and the timing of the job. Very efficient when the job itself and when done everything was tidy as it should be. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I need roofers in the future they will be my first call!

Visited on time as arranged and quickly identified the problem with guttering. This was rectified to my satisfaction at an acceptable cost. Steve and Martin were very friendly and professional throughout and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

MC Roofing Ltd provided an excellent service as usual! The job was tricky and involved working around a thatched roof, but proved to be no problem and was completed in an incredibly fast time frame of just three days! Can't recommend highly enough!!

Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. We are absolutely delighted with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Luna Roofing. Dean fully involved us in the whole roof repair process. From the initial identification of the problem right through to the completion of the work, Dean kept us informed and remedied the issue swiftly.

We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

Ash and his team turned up on time and proceeded to strip our roof, all the rubbish was cleared promptly, everything was left clean and tidy every day, the roof was completed to perfection, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ash for any roofing work.
