We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Dean was great. Brilliant customer focus. Reliable and efficient. Did what he said when he said ( in the pouring rain)…. No messing about he comes highly recommended and i would work with him and his team anytime. Thank Dean !!!

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

Excellent service, very professional, on time and friendly - couldn't ask for better from start to finish... Promptly returned my initial request for a quote and was happy to discuss options and answer questions we had. Kept us informed of the arrival of the scaffold and the timing of the job. Very efficient when the job itself and when done everything was tidy as it should be. Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

My original quote was for some replacement guttering, fascias and soffits requested in September 2022 after the purchase of a new house. I agreed my very reasonable quote with the lovely Christie at the office, and waited for my slot. By November, rain was freely watering my living room and a whole new set of problems came to bite me. Jory was quick to attend my frantic emergency and temporarily fixed the problem - the man was my hero of the day. After a terrible winter 2022/23 (why did I buy this house) it was very clear the roof was leaking in multiple areas and the membrane was causing condensation not picked up in the survey. Jory offered various options to allow me to fix a serious problem at an affordable price. I chose a reroof and had all the gutters, fascias and soffits renewed at the same time. All I can say is, I could not have chosen a better roofer, the man knows what he is doing. Jory and Ryan were professional but personable and made me feel safe (as a single mum). The job was completed efficiently, to a high standard (they even took away the old chimney wedged under my roof!) with attention to detail for a Victorian property. Redmore Roofing were professional to deal with and they've done a good, tidy job with our roof repair in a timeframe we're pleased with. I'm happy with the work that's been done. Our payment ended up being a bit higher than our estimate in the end, which wasn't ideal but the guys had to stay for longer than was anticipated on that quote to complete the work, so it was justifiable. Also, a little bit of mess was left behind in our garden where it looks like some dirt was used to prop open our gate (but in the grand scheme of things that's really quite negligible). Overall, I'd happily recommend Redmore to anyone considering them and will be calling them first if anything else needs to be done with our roof.
