Excellent service, very professional, on time and friendly - couldn't ask for better from start to finish... Promptly returned my initial request for a quote and was happy to discuss options and answer questions we had. Kept us informed of the arrival of the scaffold and the timing of the job. Very efficient when the job itself and when done everything was tidy as it should be. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I need roofers in the future they will be my first call!

My original quote was for some replacement guttering, fascias and soffits requested in September 2022 after the purchase of a new house. I agreed my very reasonable quote with the lovely Christie at the office, and waited for my slot. By November, rain was freely watering my living room and a whole new set of problems came to bite me. Jory was quick to attend my frantic emergency and temporarily fixed the problem - the man was my hero of the day. After a terrible winter 2022/23 (why did I buy this house) it was very clear the roof was leaking in multiple areas and the membrane was causing condensation not picked up in the survey. Jory offered various options to allow me to fix a serious problem at an affordable price. I chose a reroof and had all the gutters, fascias and soffits renewed at the same time. All I can say is, I could not have chosen a better roofer, the man knows what he is doing. Jory and Ryan were professional but personable and made me feel safe (as a single mum). The job was completed efficiently, to a high standard (they even took away the old chimney wedged under my roof!) with attention to detail for a Victorian property. Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

We are absolutely delighted with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Luna Roofing. Dean fully involved us in the whole roof repair process. From the initial identification of the problem right through to the completion of the work, Dean kept us informed and remedied the issue swiftly.

Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!
