We had our leaky roof replaced by Ableson Roofing. We were really impressed with the work and with Gavin. Gavin's communication was fantastic. I've had so many experiences where you have contact with companies and they never get back to you. Gavin's communication was clear. He let us know when he would be available and kept us in the loop.....no more wondering if someone is going to turn up or not. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was good value. I trusted him and felt confident that he would do a good job. The lad who worked with Gavin was also great....hard working, friendly and professional. They worked incredibly hard and quickly.....the weather was not great. He explained how long things needed to dry out for and what would happen if it got wet. Contacted this firm for a quote for a house re-roof and was told an estimator would come and give an estimate. Never heard another word from them! One can see how easy it is for Eastern European people to come over here and get work against the the lethargic and can't be bothered british.

Neil and Liam managed to complete the works very quickly and they work incredibly efficiently together. They were very kind, polite and professional throughout the process.
