Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo itâs a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available đ

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

We have been with the clinic for years, and have never had any issues. We have found the staff friendly, and helpful. The vets seems knowledgeable and all our animals have been calm within their setting. As with all veterinary clinics the costs have spiraled, however they offer monthly plans, that cover regular flea, tick and worm treatments, and consultations.

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. They were so great yesterday when we had to take our boy in after eating things he shouldn't but he got lots of cuddles from the nurse and that made him feel so much better

Always excellent care for the pet, outstanding bedside manor Kate(vet). Total confidence in all the help & treatment given, which is always fair. No, unneeded treatments given, just to bump the bill up. Would like to see a small reduction in the consult fee, rather than going up!! Highly recommend over any other vet practice.

Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham⌠Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughterâs bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

My beautiful little cat Lola sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday. Iâm heart broken đ. She was diagnosed with heart disease following a blood clot in November 2021. I initially saw Claire who was absolutely amazing and so caring - I couldnât have asked for a more wonderful vet at such an horrendous time. She also spoke to me on the phone regularly to see how Lola was doing. Yesterday I had to rush Lola in as she was struggling to breathe and had lost the use of her back legs - another blood clot. Although they were busy Rachael saw us very quickly which I was so grateful for. Rachael and Emily were so lovely and gave me the time and space to say goodbye to Lola. Thank you so much for everything you have all done over the past months. I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice - always friendly and caring xxx

First Time of attending Longmead Vets at Wincanton with Buddy our Collie and guess what we were late, due to all-sorts of traffic problems!! We rang their reception to tell of our woes and were greeted with a really friendly can do attitude from the receptionist who assured us that our appointment was not lost. On arrival at this modern spacious clinic our Vet was so nice , she did not rush us and was helpful in answering all our questions fully. What a great experience! Excellent vets. Can't fault them. I used them as a second opinion as my existing vet couldn't see what was wrong with my cat who wasn't eating. They immediately found the problem and operated on his infected gums and removed the infected teeth that day and effectively saved his life. We also used them on our dog for an endoscopic spay operation. Our dog was up and about that afternoon! It was fantastic. I definitely feel our pets are in good hands when they go to Longmead. Thank you.

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.
