The team have been amazing, we have been with them for a few years and they are always so welcoming and kind. Their prices are always reasonable on our visits. Sadly our boy recently crossed the rainbow bridge at home. The team have been so lovely and even sent us a card with his paw prints. They go above and beyond and have so much compassion. Thank you all.

Only been with Natterjacks just under 2 years since we got our kitten but can’t fault them. They are helpful, put our little one first and pay her lots of attention. Always a friendly smile when you go in and you are made to feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. Really recommend this vets

Just returned home from taking my cat Bluey for her first appointment, and I’m so thoroughly impressed! I’ve never seen her so completely comfortable and at ease in a consult room (she’s a very nervous rescue), and letting the vet give her a fuss. She’s come home very chilled and stress free! All the team are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as an owner. I was highly recommended Natterjacks by family members and customers; and I can safely say after this visit, that I’ll definitely be recommending Natterjacks to anyone needing a vets. Fantastic customer service and staff that you can see have such a love for what they do.

We have been visiting Natterjacks for years with our pooch. Fortunately for us, we don't have to visit very often as our dog is strong and healthy but when we do, we always find them to be professional, kind and most of all caring. Our last visit was for annual vaccinations, our appointment was on time, our pooch was put at ease and didn't appear to realise he'd had an injection. I can't recommend Natterjacks enough, a brilliant Vets

I've been a customer of Natterjacks since 2012 with my first greyhound. In the years since I've taken not only my own dogs there but many others for friends and family. The practice is well organised and well staffed with huge knowledge in the vets, nurses, and assistant. They retain the 'family' feel from the early days and their empathy for you and your pet is first class, with follow up calls for your pet's wellbeing and progress after treatment. They keep up to date with the best of the new treatments ie K-lazer and medication for the best outcomes. Will always highly recommend Natterjacks

Unfortunately we had to say our last goodbyes to our elderly pug on Monday. After a rapid decline in health over the weekend, I was offered an emergency appointment only 2 hours after I phoned. My vet was Louise. She assessed the situation and ran through all of our options in order to help our loyal companion. We had to come to the decision when we got home that the kindest option for Elsie was to let her go. There are no words that will express the gratitude that I have for Louise, for making what was the hardest day of my life so far, bearable. She made it so peaceful, so calm and managed to make it a comforting experience all whilst validating our decision and emotions. By far the best vet I have ever dealt with over the years and I will always look back on this experience and say “Thankyou Louise” and I am sure that Elsie is out there somewhere equally grateful for making her last few moments so tranquil. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou.

Couldn’t recommend Natterjacks enough. Our vet is Vicki, who is the absolute best. She’s so kind & knows my dog inside out, all of his lumps and bumps etc. She reassures us & puts us at ease. Going to the vets isn’t always a pleasant experience but it is with Natterjacks. Thank you, all!

Have used Natterjacks Vets Bournemouth for many years now. Really great vets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took our two cats Lily and Honey recently for their yearly health check and vaccinations. All went well although Lily had a little accident in her carrier on the way there bless her. The lovely vet I think her name is Katie was so good about it and cleaned her up. She was lovely and gave them a good check over. Lily has some gum disease and Katie recommend a toothpaste for her. Honey was a bit naughty which is unusual for as normally she is brilliant at the vets. Katie was so good with her and patient. Would recommend this place although I think they are fully booked I'm not surprised as they have a good reputation.

My cats Merlin and Gus had their injections here at Damory, Blandford and the team are just so lovely. The waiting room was clean and I love that they offered towels sprayed with Feliway. There’s also a place off the ground to place your cat carrier to give that extra comfort for your cat. I’ve also signed up for the monthly pet plan. They’ve assured me that they will send text reminders for worm/flea/yearly vaccination too which is great! 🐱

Damory vets are truly amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are very understanding when I tell them I don't drive so will need a weekend appointment. They are very patient with all the questions and don't make you feel like you have to rush. They are so good with my cats and very gentle. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs and provide blankets to cover your cat carriers so your cats are less stress when waiting. I would recommend them every time.

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put my cat to sleep a few days ago which was very sudden and not expected. But we were so impressed with Kai who was extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards us but also our cat Hugo. It was a really difficult time but Kai and the nurse who also helped him were wonderful and made a very sad occasion more bearable with both of their gentle presence. I cannot thank them enough :)

Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments. Everyone at Aniwell has shown compassion & concern, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we have been guided by their amazing advice. We feel that our little dog has received the very best care and treatment available. He has always appeared to be comfortable with the vets that he has seen, they are a very knowledgeable team of professionals.

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughter’s bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. He goes out of his way & tries to do all that he can to make sure she has the utmost treatment & care. I hope he never retires as he is the BEST vet I've ever seen.

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham… Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. Collecting her ashes was hard and again the team could not have been more sensitive or kind. Thank you Lynwood vets. Penny & Michael

The team both at the Wareham branch and earlier at the Upton branch have all been phenomenal to my dog this week. Having just moved to the area we weren't expecting to have to use the services so quickly, but when needed the team were all there. They were all amazing with my dog who can often be nervous around new people - especially those with thermometers ;) Everyone gave her time, space and care, and got her quickly back on track. The care we received all round far outweighs that we received at our previous surgery. It's taken the anxiety away from me now if we ever have to come back in the future. Many, many thanks to both teams.

Sadly we had to have our pickachu put to sleep. I cannot explain the Compassion I was shown. I felt stupid bringing a hamster in 10pm a night, I was very emotional this was a family pet we loved him so much! But I rang out of hours, after 9pm and the vet nurse was incredible, kind, understood how we felt and said bring him right in we'll see what we can do. She was very informative, helpful but so I could understand, I had never been here before but the practice was beautiful, very clean, quiet beautiful layout. The vet who put pickachu to sleep was so kind, he explained what would happen and gave me choices helping me to understand and just made the entire process better. Everything was handled very professionally but kind. As this was a family pet I asked for some of his fur to keep, the vet brought out a beautiful keepsake jar for my daughter with a clipping of his fur in, such a beautiful gesture. And something she will cherish For someone who's emotional I cannot recommend this vets enough, for emergencies or anything else in fact. Beautiful practice and beautiful staff what a place! Thank you to medivet ❤️
