So kind and supportive, very compassionate when having my dear little dog rosebud put to rest the other week, can't thank the staff enough for their kindness

I've got 2 very nervous labradors, they don't like the vets at all. However, all the staff are so friendly & patient, I think we are making progress & they were not quite so stressed on the last visit

Always really friendly, helped me over the phone with photos when my puppy broke a tooth so I didn’t need to take her in for an appointment, really easy to get her worm/flea tablets, really reasonable monthly plan.

Dave and team are excellent. I rescue Wildlife around Ferndown, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, New Forest North mainly Birds, Ducks, Swans, Deer, etc. Also Lambs, Calves, and abandoned Chickens as all lives matter. All Creatures Great And Small I Love Them All.

Unfortunately we had to say our last goodbyes to our elderly pug on Monday. After a rapid decline in health over the weekend, I was offered an emergency appointment only 2 hours after I phoned. My vet was Louise. She assessed the situation and ran through all of our options in order to help our loyal companion. We had to come to the decision when we got home that the kindest option for Elsie was to let her go. There are no words that will express the gratitude that I have for Louise, for making what was the hardest day of my life so far, bearable. She made it so peaceful, so calm and managed to make it a comforting experience all whilst validating our decision and emotions. By far the best vet I have ever dealt with over the years and I will always look back on this experience and say “Thankyou Louise” and I am sure that Elsie is out there somewhere equally grateful for making her last few moments so tranquil. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou.

Have used Natterjacks Vets Bournemouth for many years now. Really great vets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took our two cats Lily and Honey recently for their yearly health check and vaccinations. All went well although Lily had a little accident in her carrier on the way there bless her. The lovely vet I think her name is Katie was so good about it and cleaned her up. She was lovely and gave them a good check over. Lily has some gum disease and Katie recommend a toothpaste for her. Honey was a bit naughty which is unusual for as normally she is brilliant at the vets. Katie was so good with her and patient. Would recommend this place although I think they are fully booked I'm not surprised as they have a good reputation.

I've been a customer of Natterjacks since 2012 with my first greyhound. In the years since I've taken not only my own dogs there but many others for friends and family. The practice is well organised and well staffed with huge knowledge in the vets, nurses, and assistant. They retain the 'family' feel from the early days and their empathy for you and your pet is first class, with follow up calls for your pet's wellbeing and progress after treatment. They keep up to date with the best of the new treatments ie K-lazer and medication for the best outcomes. Will always highly recommend Natterjacks

Couldn’t recommend Natterjacks enough. Our vet is Vicki, who is the absolute best. She’s so kind & knows my dog inside out, all of his lumps and bumps etc. She reassures us & puts us at ease. Going to the vets isn’t always a pleasant experience but it is with Natterjacks. Thank you, all!

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie

we were completely let down by the other vet in Wareham but these guys were great. It was a very stressful day having to get a pet put down but these guys helped us out when others couldn't, I can't thank them enough.

The team both at the Wareham branch and earlier at the Upton branch have all been phenomenal to my dog this week. Having just moved to the area we weren't expecting to have to use the services so quickly, but when needed the team were all there. They were all amazing with my dog who can often be nervous around new people - especially those with thermometers ;) Everyone gave her time, space and care, and got her quickly back on track. The care we received all round far outweighs that we received at our previous surgery. It's taken the anxiety away from me now if we ever have to come back in the future. Many, many thanks to both teams.

Knowledgable, kind and caring vets and nurses. We have used this practice for many years. They listen and are happy to explain things. On the occasions when we have had to leave any of our dogs in their care, I know they will be treated kindly and I trust them, this means so much.

Lovely, caring, efficient vetinary practice to visit. From initial phone call to successful treatment, we were very happy with all services. The receptionist is very helpful and Asher the vet, treated our house rabbit with care and professionalism. I'm glad to say bun made a full recovery. The charges were reasonable. Follow up advice, on the phone, was reassuring also.

Really great experience with this vet practice over the last year - they have been brilliant with our nervous rescue and because of that he has really grown in confidence when we need to visit. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely are blown away by the fantastic staff and overall service provided by Pet Practice in Poole. Our highly anxious GSD literally hates vets, yet Anna K and Ben and all the Veterinary Nurses have been able to calm him down and make him feel safe. He had to have surgery for the first time this year and he was not traumatised. It is amazing. Thank you all at Pet Practice.

Lynwood Veterinary Group, Wareham - very kind and considerate and sent an ambulance to collect Richard's and my dead cat, Teddy Bear this past Friday. The young woman who came to pick up Teddy Bear was also very kind and sympathetic

Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. He goes out of his way & tries to do all that he can to make sure she has the utmost treatment & care. I hope he never retires as he is the BEST vet I've ever seen.

Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughter’s bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham… Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. We sadly had our darling black Labrador Winnie put to sleep at the Priory Vet Hospital in Christchurch last Sunday whilst we were staying at our holiday home. Everyone was amazing from start to finish, the Vet and nurse were very kind and compassionate and made our experience as peaceful as possible.. The after care has been brilliant too with excellent service from staff over the phone and by email. I would thoroughly recommend Priory Vets!

My beautiful baby cane corso Skye was treated by priory today, she had a laparoscopic (key hole) spray. From the minute I dropped her off to the minute I picked her up she was cared for. Thank you to all the nurses and vets involved today. Special thanks to Lillie for looking after her post op. I was such a nervous wreck and I couldn’t have trusted anyone else to do this. There isn’t a price on the love a dog gives you. They also checked her ears for me and sent off some swabs to find out what infection she has, and gave her a steroid cream to help her, again very grateful. I have a sleepy, whiny girl but she is on the road to recovering and I’m pleased she is home and the op went well. Thank you also to the nurses at highcliffe. I have been with priory for nearly a year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

I would like to thank Priory for their fast-and efficient care to my dog Wellow , not knowing she was very ill , just a bit off colour , we booked an appointment with the practice, the vet explained she was very anaemic, after being advised to go to Christchurch at once, she was seen at once , i left without the dog for the vets to investigate the problem, they advised me after a short time that a large operation was required it was serious and being a older dog there was a high risk we could lose her but she made it through, her aftercare and communication was truly excellent , theres nothing i can fault them for, so a very big thanks to all concerned . Love spring corner, have been bringing our cats here for years, and even through some tough visits, the whole team has been extremely welcoming, empathetic, and showing real care and concern for animal and owner. Some very slight downsides are a lack of seating in the waiting area, and it can get really busy and noisey around the reception area, especially for later in the day appointments so maybe avoid these times if you have a shy or nervous pet. Also, the phone lines can get very busy, be patient, as the desk team is working really hard to help as many people as the can. That aside, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I take all of my animals here. Always get seen fast and they never seem over priced compared to other vets ive previously been to. All staff seem nice but the ladies on reception are really lovely. I recently had my dog put to sleep and they were so kind and caring and personal yet professional. Highly recommend

Phoned the emergency vet as I was very concerned about my puppy. Lynwood ate the emergency vet and they agreed to see me immediately. My puppy made a miraculous recovery within a few minutes of being with the vet. They were very kind and did not charge me for the visit. Have had dealings with Lynwood over the years. I’ve been bringing my dog and cat to Lynwood vets for two or three years now, and have always been very satisfied. The staff are all friendly and professional, there’s a comfortable waiting area and my animals are both surprisingly relaxed when we visit.

Let's be honest, no-one likes to go to the vets, but if i had to go to Lynwood every week for the rest of my life, i wouldn't be too upset. Sounds weird but let me explain: The team here are fantastic. The phone is answered promptly, receptionists are polite and will do everything they can to accomodate you. They deal with insurance paperwork quickly and take a lot of stress away from the process. They'll strike up a conversation while you wait but will equally respect your space. The vets and nurses will answer all your questions and be upfront with you about costs associated with your options. They all have a great sense of humour (where appropriate) and take the time to make sure you understand everything. Emily in particular is a delight and i trust her implicitly to do the right thing for my pet. The waiting room has lots of useful information posters and separate waiting areas for cats and dogs if needed and there's always parking. They also house the emergency vet clinic so i know i'm covered no matter what happens.

I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this practice is! But particularly Nurse Leanne who my spaniel Darla absolutely adores! Darla ended up needing to come in for bandage changes every few days which she wasn’t keen on at first, but after meeting Leanne she went from trying to pull me out the door, to being the wiggliest spaniel ever - excited to see the nurse for her checkups! You made the whole experience great, thank you!
