Richard & his team are the best veterinary practice in Devon. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They will always fit my animals in when I have an emergency. Out of hours appointments are offered at the practice and at home. Kind, caring & compassionate. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

We were in Devon to attend a Memorial Dinner and our little 13 yr old rescue dog Barney was taken seriously ill. We contacted this practice in a real panic as we were away from our home in Sussex. Richard was prompt efficient professional and compassionate in our hour of need. Sadly Barney died but his last hours were made comfortable by this caring man. Thank you.

Interesting experience all be it a few years ago, excellent resolution for my missus and her daughter. Needless to say if you are at this facility you are in good hands.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

I have never come across lovelier vets. My dogs and I adore them. They are so good at making us feel comfortable. I am so happy that I found them and really couldn’t recommend them enough.

Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. Since I first enlisted the care and attention this veterinary process gives is phenomenal. They took fantastic care of my mums dog and handled her with care and sensitivity. Unfortunately, my mums dog Roma had to be laid to rest and The Kingston Veterinary helped her to rest. After a couple of weeks they even sent my mum a sympathy card and some plant seeds so that roma could live on through the life of the earth and have a beautiful remembrance. Thank you very much Kingston Veterinary for all your support and expertise - mentally and physically.

These vets are the best I have used. All of the vets and staff are so friendly, caring and compassionate. We recently had to have our handsome boy put to sleep our dog and ourselves could not have been in better hands. A big thank you to all of you for everything.

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)

Thoroughly professional and compassionate vet support. We used these vets after being referred to carry out leg operation on our 11 year old dog. Excellent service, communication and most of all care for our dog. Cannot recommend Jurassic Vets highly enough.
