We have been visiting Natterjacks for years with our pooch. Fortunately for us, we don't have to visit very often as our dog is strong and healthy but when we do, we always find them to be professional, kind and most of all caring. Our last visit was for annual vaccinations, our appointment was on time, our pooch was put at ease and didn't appear to realise he'd had an injection. I can't recommend Natterjacks enough, a brilliant Vets

I've been a customer of Natterjacks since 2012 with my first greyhound. In the years since I've taken not only my own dogs there but many others for friends and family. The practice is well organised and well staffed with huge knowledge in the vets, nurses, and assistant. They retain the 'family' feel from the early days and their empathy for you and your pet is first class, with follow up calls for your pet's wellbeing and progress after treatment. They keep up to date with the best of the new treatments ie K-lazer and medication for the best outcomes. Will always highly recommend Natterjacks

Have used Natterjacks Vets Bournemouth for many years now. Really great vets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took our two cats Lily and Honey recently for their yearly health check and vaccinations. All went well although Lily had a little accident in her carrier on the way there bless her. The lovely vet I think her name is Katie was so good about it and cleaned her up. She was lovely and gave them a good check over. Lily has some gum disease and Katie recommend a toothpaste for her. Honey was a bit naughty which is unusual for as normally she is brilliant at the vets. Katie was so good with her and patient. Would recommend this place although I think they are fully booked I'm not surprised as they have a good reputation.

Unfortunately we had to say our last goodbyes to our elderly pug on Monday. After a rapid decline in health over the weekend, I was offered an emergency appointment only 2 hours after I phoned. My vet was Louise. She assessed the situation and ran through all of our options in order to help our loyal companion. We had to come to the decision when we got home that the kindest option for Elsie was to let her go. There are no words that will express the gratitude that I have for Louise, for making what was the hardest day of my life so far, bearable. She made it so peaceful, so calm and managed to make it a comforting experience all whilst validating our decision and emotions. By far the best vet I have ever dealt with over the years and I will always look back on this experience and say “Thankyou Louise” and I am sure that Elsie is out there somewhere equally grateful for making her last few moments so tranquil. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou.

Couldn’t recommend Natterjacks enough. Our vet is Vicki, who is the absolute best. She’s so kind & knows my dog inside out, all of his lumps and bumps etc. She reassures us & puts us at ease. Going to the vets isn’t always a pleasant experience but it is with Natterjacks. Thank you, all!

My conure Rio had an accident over the weekend and broke his leg I called and was told to come in immediately and with the fantastic care and expertise of the Vets they managed to save the leg and splint it and after 24hrs of great care they have released him back home to me. She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

Simply the best vet I have ever encountered. We travel 25 miles as have African Pygmy Hedgehogs as not many specialists around. David has performed numerous operations that defy belief and the knowledge and care provided is second to none. We are very grateful for all their efforts

Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham… Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughter’s bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. He goes out of his way & tries to do all that he can to make sure she has the utmost treatment & care. I hope he never retires as he is the BEST vet I've ever seen.

On holiday in Dorset and our elderly dog collapsed, I really thought it was the end. First class care from your wareham surgery, even came out into the road to guide us to the surgery. Excellent caring staff, who helped us straight away. I can’t thank you enough , dedicated caring staff. Thank you

I first went to St Mary’s in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and I’m happy to say he’s still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

Dave and team are excellent. I rescue Wildlife around Ferndown, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, New Forest North mainly Birds, Ducks, Swans, Deer, etc. Also Lambs, Calves, and abandoned Chickens as all lives matter. All Creatures Great And Small I Love Them All.

We have been using the Pet Practice for a number of years and even after we moved out of the area, have remained with them as they are excellent and prioritise the welfare of your pets. Aside for 1 locum who was horrendous and a very young vet who was ridiculously over cautious with our very young docile dog, we have only got positive things to say and praise for the staff that we deal with frequently. Asia the Vet within the Oakdale Poole practice and Stacey the receptionist both of whom, always make us feel so welcome. Asia is incredible with our four legged family who the staff know are our life. We have 5 dogs at present (Barnaby, Bonnie, Storm , Willow and Beau) .. and we lost our beautiful little ShitZu Bella a few months back and as stated previously, the compassion from the veterinary staff was amazing. Thank you personally from our family for taking care of our pack and being a truly wonderful and amazing practice.

Lovely, caring, efficient vetinary practice to visit. From initial phone call to successful treatment, we were very happy with all services. The receptionist is very helpful and Asher the vet, treated our house rabbit with care and professionalism. I'm glad to say bun made a full recovery. The charges were reasonable. Follow up advice, on the phone, was reassuring also.

We absolutely are blown away by the fantastic staff and overall service provided by Pet Practice in Poole. Our highly anxious GSD literally hates vets, yet Anna K and Ben and all the Veterinary Nurses have been able to calm him down and make him feel safe. He had to have surgery for the first time this year and he was not traumatised. It is amazing. Thank you all at Pet Practice.

My little puppy is now 8 months old and has had more than his fair share of treatment for such a little pup. Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments. Everyone at Aniwell has shown compassion & concern, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we have been guided by their amazing advice. We feel that our little dog has received the very best care and treatment available. He has always appeared to be comfortable with the vets that he has seen, they are a very knowledgeable team of professionals.

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put my cat to sleep a few days ago which was very sudden and not expected. But we were so impressed with Kai who was extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards us but also our cat Hugo. It was a really difficult time but Kai and the nurse who also helped him were wonderful and made a very sad occasion more bearable with both of their gentle presence. I cannot thank them enough :)

I can’t recommend Vetsmiths enough from their friendly receptions always there to answer any questions no matter how big or small to the amazing vet team /nurses. My pup (Milo) has recently been visiting Vetsmiths what seems like everyday! Due to unseen circumstances caused by dog sitter that left us heartbroken but Vetsmiths has been there every step of the way with giving their love and affection into ensuing Milo is giving the best care possible. I would especially like to praise and recommend Kesh who is one of the talented Vets. She has honestly helped my family through this difficult time with constant updates of Milo and ensuring that his health is improving with regular appointments. She has answered all my silly questions and worries along the way and always with a smile! Kesh thank you so much you really are a wonderful vet! Thank you Vetsmiths for everything you have done!

Have recently moved so changed vets. Our groomer highly recommended Vetsmiths and I can say we were very pleased that we have changed. Girls on reception, nurses and the vet who spayed our little girl were excellent. I would definitely say it was a good move.

We have been with Vetsmiths since Sam and Chris opened their Surgery. Our beautiful rescue boy Barney has been looked after so well by everyone. The whole team and the care is outstanding in every aspect and it truly is an absolutely wonderful place. Barney recently had to have surgery and I can honestly say that his op and after care was fantastic. Thank you Lorna and every one at Vetsmiths for caring about every animal that comes through your doors. You are all amazing!

Finally found a vets who offer a fantastic service, with a genuine friendly team (reception team and vet were amazing) who really do care. They offered informative advice and excellent (pre and post op) healthcare with my dogs. The facilities were very impressive and my dogs loved the spacious waiting area with a lovely greeting and biscuit treat from the reception team. I highly recommend Vetsmiths - pop in and take a look, you won’t be disappointed!

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Just returned home from taking my cat Bluey for her first appointment, and I’m so thoroughly impressed! I’ve never seen her so completely comfortable and at ease in a consult room (she’s a very nervous rescue), and letting the vet give her a fuss. She’s come home very chilled and stress free! All the team are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as an owner. Natterjacks are the best vets around, every member of staff take their time with you and kind and caring. If you need to see a vet in an urgent matter they find you appointment so your pet isn’t suffering. As a family we are super happy knowing that our Marcel receives the best care there. Only been with Natterjacks just under 2 years since we got our kitten but can’t fault them. They are helpful, put our little one first and pay her lots of attention. The team have been amazing, we have been with them for a few years and they are always so welcoming and kind. Their prices are always reasonable on our visits. Sadly our boy recently crossed the rainbow bridge at home. The team have been so lovely and even sent us a card with his paw prints. They go above and beyond and have so much compassion. They were brilliant with Douglas and ensured as a rescue and pup his experience of vets was a good one. Douglas loved Rachel the vet and his little treat. Upton vets were amazing when my dog Josie, my Dad and myself attended on Tuesday morning. All of Josies problems were listened to and the vet Nora was amazing with her. Jodie is now feeling a lot better and has become herself again. The receptionist was amazing and understood Josie was anxious about being at the vets and doesn’t being in a room with another dog and put a sign on the door to warn others. It’s just the little things that make a huge difference, thank you for being amazing
