Although I’ve only visited a few times with my cat, they’ve always been very friendly and helpful. Right from the reception staff through to the veterinary team, they are very caring and obviously have a love for the animals. I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t recommend Vetsmiths enough from their friendly receptions always there to answer any questions no matter how big or small to the amazing vet team /nurses. My pup (Milo) has recently been visiting Vetsmiths what seems like everyday! Due to unseen circumstances caused by dog sitter that left us heartbroken but Vetsmiths has been there every step of the way with giving their love and affection into ensuing Milo is giving the best care possible. I would especially like to praise and recommend Kesh who is one of the talented Vets. She has honestly helped my family through this difficult time with constant updates of Milo and ensuring that his health is improving with regular appointments. She has answered all my silly questions and worries along the way and always with a smile! Kesh thank you so much you really are a wonderful vet! Thank you Vetsmiths for everything you have done!

Have recently moved so changed vets. Our groomer highly recommended Vetsmiths and I can say we were very pleased that we have changed. Girls on reception, nurses and the vet who spayed our little girl were excellent. I would definitely say it was a good move.

We have been with Vetsmiths since Sam and Chris opened their Surgery. Our beautiful rescue boy Barney has been looked after so well by everyone. The whole team and the care is outstanding in every aspect and it truly is an absolutely wonderful place. Barney recently had to have surgery and I can honestly say that his op and after care was fantastic. Thank you Lorna and every one at Vetsmiths for caring about every animal that comes through your doors. You are all amazing!

Just had an introductory appointment at Vetsmiths. Really lovely vets with friendly people and a nice environment. Rita on reception, was very friendly and welcoming . We saw Martha and both my boys were happy with her which is very good as it is important to me that they are relaxed when they have to visit !!

Whilst on holiday in the area our two dogs managed to acquire a tick each . I called the Fernhill clinic and was seen almost within the hour both times i called. I couldnt be more appreciative of the practice. First class service first class people. Thank you all .

First time taking Simba vet was very calm and took her time with him all and all very good.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

The best most well equipped lovely caring veterinarians I have ever known . Will always be grateful to Vinci and Henry . I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie

Dave Badger is the most amazing vet. He is just so efficient and never in a rush. So knowledgeable and always willing to listen to your views on treatment so that you can come to a joint agreement on your pet’s treatment plan. I can highly recommend Aniwell 😻

Everyone is great, a very welcoming practice. They know Cariad & she likes going to visit them. And now our little Ruby is happy too. Very professional, kind & caring.

My little puppy is now 8 months old and has had more than his fair share of treatment for such a little pup. Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments. Everyone at Aniwell has shown compassion & concern, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we have been guided by their amazing advice. We feel that our little dog has received the very best care and treatment available. He has always appeared to be comfortable with the vets that he has seen, they are a very knowledgeable team of professionals.

Thank you Katy and Team, I would highly recommend their services. From the warm welcome they show you, to the care and service to look after my spaniel has been wonderful. It’s a half an hour drive from Poole but it’s worth it and I’d drive further if it meant Katy or any of the team could take care of Monty. We came to them with a reoccurring ear problem but they suggested treatment that hadn’t been suggested to me before and it’s been successful so far. Thank you

after our poor dog fell ill we contacted the vets @8am and after we had moved they even managed to register ralph at such short notice. the support from the team and everyone at dumbledore vets was excellent. very friendly and very approachable.

I can’t say enough good things about the whole team, they have been so amazing at looking after Chewie and we had to say goodbye to Chewie last week, Katy and the team were so amazing and made the saddest day a little easier to cope with, they are so kind and caring

I first went to St Mary’s in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and I’m happy to say he’s still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

I've got 2 very nervous labradors, they don't like the vets at all. However, all the staff are so friendly & patient, I think we are making progress & they were not quite so stressed on the last visit

Dave and team are excellent. I rescue Wildlife around Ferndown, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, New Forest North mainly Birds, Ducks, Swans, Deer, etc. Also Lambs, Calves, and abandoned Chickens as all lives matter. All Creatures Great And Small I Love Them All.

My cats Merlin and Gus had their injections here at Damory, Blandford and the team are just so lovely. The waiting room was clean and I love that they offered towels sprayed with Feliway. There’s also a place off the ground to place your cat carrier to give that extra comfort for your cat. I’ve also signed up for the monthly pet plan. They’ve assured me that they will send text reminders for worm/flea/yearly vaccination too which is great! 🐱

We are new to the area and took our cat here. The lovely people here were just so kind and caring and explained what they were doing every step of the way. If you need a vet look no further just go here....they are perfect Thank you Damory

Damory vets are truly amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are very understanding when I tell them I don't drive so will need a weekend appointment. They are very patient with all the questions and don't make you feel like you have to rush. They are so good with my cats and very gentle. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs and provide blankets to cover your cat carriers so your cats are less stress when waiting. I would recommend them every time.

Annual checkups for Roobarb and Captain Custard. They're both very cautious of new humans and the vet saw was so patient and caring; neither animal seems to have suffered and lasting trauma!

Absolutely lovely staff here. They all have the animals at heart. It's so lovely to see all the staff love and care for our animals like we as owners do.

Always an enjoyable experience for my 4 year old Jack Russell despite her unfortunately having a few trips lately. They referred me to an incredible surgeon for TPLO and now after recovery my 4 year old can live a full and happy life. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with in stressful times.

Recently took my senior dog to the vets and the level of care he was given was second to none. The vet was lovely, helped keep things cost effective and was very complimentary of my dog and his friendliness. My dog was never once stressed about any of the tests. Would highly recommend!
