Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the care they give my dog is as good as I could ever hope for.

We took our Labrador for a lap spay 2 weeks ago. Everything from the preop consultation, procedure and 2 after care appointments has been first class. Very friendly, approachable staff. Thank you for taking such good care of Millie, highly recommended.

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

Visited the clinic for my dog's annual checkup, booster and kennel cough vaccine, everything went well, all spaces are exemplary clean and everyone was friendly. Me and Max left the clinic happy, thanks everyone.

Such lovely staff. I was so scared about taking my pet in and found it all rather scary but they were just the best they helped calm me and her down. Always excellent care for the pet, outstanding bedside manor Kate(vet). Total confidence in all the help & treatment given, which is always fair. No, unneeded treatments given, just to bump the bill up. Would like to see a small reduction in the consult fee, rather than going up!! Highly recommend over any other vet practice.

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. They were so great yesterday when we had to take our boy in after eating things he shouldn't but he got lots of cuddles from the nurse and that made him feel so much better

We have been with the clinic for years, and have never had any issues. We have found the staff friendly, and helpful. The vets seems knowledgeable and all our animals have been calm within their setting. As with all veterinary clinics the costs have spiraled, however they offer monthly plans, that cover regular flea, tick and worm treatments, and consultations.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo itâs a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available đ

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

I was made very welcome indeed on my first visit last week, the receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all very pleasant indeed. After bringing our Puppy in for a checkover prior to his vaccinations yesterday, the vet I met was as pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable as the previous staff I had met. It is a pleasure to come across establishments such as this, I recommend Shreen Vets wholeheartedly.

Such an excellent Veterinary Service for my 2 mischievous Labradors (pics provided). Both get into all sorts of things, as any Labrador owner understands. They are very accomodating when 1 of them needs to see a Vet. All staff are very friendly & polite and go beyond to provide excellent care and seem to love the animals that visit plus calm for any nervous of the vet visit pet. The Clinic is always clean & smell free, Consulting rooms are spacious for any sized dog or other pet. It is with GREAT THANKS to Vet Nurse Holly in advising on diets for both my Labradors (espcially the yellow 1 in the pic). When ever I speak or inform people that have other Vets I speak very highly of Shreen Vets.

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. Can't recommend them enough!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

It's a little expensive but well worth a visit. Fortunately, as far as my cats go, I've only had to go there for routine appointments such as vaccinations, microchipping etc. I have however friends who have recently taken their pets there for more urgent reasons. All of us have been treated with kindness and respect and felt valued. All of the staff encountered, whether vets, receptionists, nurses or other have been absolutely lovely and friendly. I really cannot fault them. My only issue is the cost. But then we all pay whatever we need to to keep our pets safe and well. They're worth it.

Have recently moved so changed vets. Our groomer highly recommended Vetsmiths and I can say we were very pleased that we have changed. Girls on reception, nurses and the vet who spayed our little girl were excellent. I would definitely say it was a good move.

Finally found a vets who offer a fantastic service, with a genuine friendly team (reception team and vet were amazing) who really do care. They offered informative advice and excellent (pre and post op) healthcare with my dogs. The facilities were very impressive and my dogs loved the spacious waiting area with a lovely greeting and biscuit treat from the reception team. I canât recommend Vetsmiths enough from their friendly receptions always there to answer any questions no matter how big or small to the amazing vet team /nurses. My pup (Milo) has recently been visiting Vetsmiths what seems like everyday! Due to unseen circumstances caused by dog sitter that left us heartbroken but Vetsmiths has been there every step of the way with giving their love and affection into ensuing Milo is giving the best care possible. I would especially like to praise and recommend Kesh who is one of the talented Vets. She has honestly helped my family through this difficult time with constant updates of Milo and ensuring that his health is improving with regular appointments. We have been with Vetsmiths since Sam and Chris opened their Surgery. Our beautiful rescue boy Barney has been looked after so well by everyone. The whole team and the care is outstanding in every aspect and it truly is an absolutely wonderful place. Barney recently had to have surgery and I can honestly say that his op and after care was fantastic.
