I highly recommend Shreen Vets for their friendly and professional service. No dog likes going to the vet but our dogs are noticeably calmer and must therefore feel safer due to their treatment and the pet friendly environment. Thank you.

I was made very welcome indeed on my first visit last week, the receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all very pleasant indeed. After bringing our Puppy in for a checkover prior to his vaccinations yesterday, the vet I met was as pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable as the previous staff I had met. It is a pleasure to come across establishments such as this, I recommend Shreen Vets wholeheartedly.

Such an excellent Veterinary Service for my 2 mischievous Labradors (pics provided). Both get into all sorts of things, as any Labrador owner understands. They are very accomodating when 1 of them needs to see a Vet. All staff are very friendly & polite and go beyond to provide excellent care and seem to love the animals that visit plus calm for any nervous of the vet visit pet. The Clinic is always clean & smell free, Consulting rooms are spacious for any sized dog or other pet. It is with GREAT THANKS to Vet Nurse Holly in advising on diets for both my Labradors (espcially the yellow 1 in the pic). When ever I speak or inform people that have other Vets I speak very highly of Shreen Vets.

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. Always excellent care for the pet, outstanding bedside manor Kate(vet). Total confidence in all the help & treatment given, which is always fair. No, unneeded treatments given, just to bump the bill up. Would like to see a small reduction in the consult fee, rather than going up!! Highly recommend over any other vet practice.

We have been with the clinic for years, and have never had any issues. We have found the staff friendly, and helpful. The vets seems knowledgeable and all our animals have been calm within their setting. As with all veterinary clinics the costs have spiraled, however they offer monthly plans, that cover regular flea, tick and worm treatments, and consultations.

The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. Can't recommend them enough!

Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

It's a little expensive but well worth a visit. Fortunately, as far as my cats go, I've only had to go there for routine appointments such as vaccinations, microchipping etc. I have however friends who have recently taken their pets there for more urgent reasons. All of us have been treated with kindness and respect and felt valued. All of the staff encountered, whether vets, receptionists, nurses or other have been absolutely lovely and friendly. I really cannot fault them. My only issue is the cost. But then we all pay whatever we need to to keep our pets safe and well. They're worth it.

I canāt recommend Vetsmiths enough from their friendly receptions always there to answer any questions no matter how big or small to the amazing vet team /nurses. My pup (Milo) has recently been visiting Vetsmiths what seems like everyday! Due to unseen circumstances caused by dog sitter that left us heartbroken but Vetsmiths has been there every step of the way with giving their love and affection into ensuing Milo is giving the best care possible. I would especially like to praise and recommend Kesh who is one of the talented Vets. She has honestly helped my family through this difficult time with constant updates of Milo and ensuring that his health is improving with regular appointments. She has answered all my silly questions and worries along the way and always with a smile! Kesh thank you so much you really are a wonderful vet! Thank you Vetsmiths for everything you have done!

Finally found a vets who offer a fantastic service, with a genuine friendly team (reception team and vet were amazing) who really do care. They offered informative advice and excellent (pre and post op) healthcare with my dogs. The facilities were very impressive and my dogs loved the spacious waiting area with a lovely greeting and biscuit treat from the reception team. We have been with Vetsmiths since Sam and Chris opened their Surgery. Our beautiful rescue boy Barney has been looked after so well by everyone. The whole team and the care is outstanding in every aspect and it truly is an absolutely wonderful place. Barney recently had to have surgery and I can honestly say that his op and after care was fantastic. Have recently moved so changed vets. Our groomer highly recommended Vetsmiths and I can say we were very pleased that we have changed. Girls on reception, nurses and the vet who spayed our little girl were excellent. I would definitely say it was a good move.

My beautiful little cat Lola sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday. Iām heart broken š. She was diagnosed with heart disease following a blood clot in November 2021. I initially saw Claire who was absolutely amazing and so caring - I couldnāt have asked for a more wonderful vet at such an horrendous time. She also spoke to me on the phone regularly to see how Lola was doing. Yesterday I had to rush Lola in as she was struggling to breathe and had lost the use of her back legs - another blood clot. Although they were busy Rachael saw us very quickly which I was so grateful for. Rachael and Emily were so lovely and gave me the time and space to say goodbye to Lola. Thank you so much for everything you have all done over the past months. I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice - always friendly and caring xxx
