We were 300 miles from home and pooch had a problem. Called this surgery and they got us in within a couple of hours, found the issue and treated with care. Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

Simply the best vet I have ever encountered. We travel 25 miles as have African Pygmy Hedgehogs as not many specialists around. David has performed numerous operations that defy belief and the knowledge and care provided is second to none. We are very grateful for all their efforts

My conure Rio had an accident over the weekend and broke his leg I called and was told to come in immediately and with the fantastic care and expertise of the Vets they managed to save the leg and splint it and after 24hrs of great care they have released him back home to me. Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available đ

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo itâs a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

My cats Merlin and Gus had their injections here at Damory, Blandford and the team are just so lovely. The waiting room was clean and I love that they offered towels sprayed with Feliway. Thereâs also a place off the ground to place your cat carrier to give that extra comfort for your cat. Iâve also signed up for the monthly pet plan. Theyâve assured me that they will send text reminders for worm/flea/yearly vaccination too which is great! đ±

Damory vets are truly amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are very understanding when I tell them I don't drive so will need a weekend appointment. They are very patient with all the questions and don't make you feel like you have to rush. They are so good with my cats and very gentle. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs and provide blankets to cover your cat carriers so your cats are less stress when waiting. I would recommend them every time.

I needed an emergency appointment on bank holiday for my cat and this was the only one place open for emergency in my area. Helped my cat who struggled with passing urine. The vet was very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend this place.

Our Tommy stuck a spikelet up his nose as we were queuing to get on the ferry back to France. We arrived at the clinic and everyone was absolutely superb with him and with us. Tommy is quite an excitable young dog and can be snappy when scared. No one judged him or us for it. They got his spikelet out and gave us clear instructions that they adapted to our ferry journey the next day. We are truly happy to have had our Tommy sorted by this team of very helpful people. Dan Makin is an exceptional vet, we wont go anywhere else - Max our cat has been described as well behaved and easy to handle by Dan - but this is down to Dan understanding Max and his needs because he is not like this with other vets we have used prior to moving to Dorset. Max is a large cat nearly 14 years old and knows who he likes and who he doesnt like but when Dan holds Max in his arms, Max is calm and I have never seen a vet handle Max in this way which re assures me that Max is happy during and after any treatment. Dan and his team care go the extra mile for the animals and owners, we are not local to Poole about a 30 minute drive from the practice but we wont go any where else for his treatment and care. Thank you Dan for being so caring to Max and to his fussy Mum - you are so understanding and exceptional in your role of being a Vet - we are lucky to have you as our vet

This veterinary practice is not my usual vets (we are registered with one about 15 miles from home) but I needed my 13 year old dog to be seen quickly so took her locally to Vets4Pets Holes Bay. We saw a vet named Dan (NOT the owner, another Dan) who was absolutely brilliant. Very sadly, our dog was PTS but Dan was brilliant, before, during and after. We spoke at length, he didnât rush me, time wasnât an issue, he understood my concerns, he listened and advised with compassion. Absolutely brilliant vet. So on this one occasion we needed this surgery , the vet we saw was exemplary. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Vicky Effemy the vet nurse and also the receptionist (donât know her name) I spoke to that morning, were incredibly comforting for which I am very grateful.
