All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

We took our Labrador for a lap spay 2 weeks ago. Everything from the preop consultation, procedure and 2 after care appointments has been first class. Very friendly, approachable staff. Thank you for taking such good care of Millie, highly recommended.

Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the care they give my dog is as good as I could ever hope for.

Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. I always feel comforted and reassured and trust everything they are doing. We are so very grateful to each member of staff there. Thank you! ๐Ÿพ

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

Thank you to Vanessa and Ollie. And team. For your care of Otto and us. Always kind, offering options and clear about costs. Especially when Otto's leg was torn and he needed an operation and recovery cage. He is joyfully out and about at his great age of 17!

Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

Posted on behalf of Angela Walker Peacock and Fly. A very big thank you to David for all he's done for Fly over the last 10 years (he has done her proud). She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

My beautiful little cat Lola sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday. Iโ€™m heart broken ๐Ÿ’”. She was diagnosed with heart disease following a blood clot in November 2021. I initially saw Claire who was absolutely amazing and so caring - I couldnโ€™t have asked for a more wonderful vet at such an horrendous time. She also spoke to me on the phone regularly to see how Lola was doing. Yesterday I had to rush Lola in as she was struggling to breathe and had lost the use of her back legs - another blood clot. Although they were busy Rachael saw us very quickly which I was so grateful for. Rachael and Emily were so lovely and gave me the time and space to say goodbye to Lola. Thank you so much for everything you have all done over the past months. I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice - always friendly and caring xxx

We had to use Bredy Vet Centre in an emergency whilst on holiday is dorset for our dog Poppy. Poppy needed xrays for an injury, the vet and nurse were fantastic, very welcoming and understanding. They explained everything to us from start to finish and looked after Poppy for the day. Also the receptionists were friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this veterinary Practice.

We had to visit Bredy Vets with our poorly cocker spanial whilst on holiday. I have to say the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial call from the reception team the nurse and Jon the vet he explained everything fully and in simple terms. Ordered in special food and went above and beyond. Wish our local vets where half as good. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Thanks for everything you did for us. James

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)
