Really great experience with this vet practice over the last year - they have been brilliant with our nervous rescue and because of that he has really grown in confidence when we need to visit. Would definitely recommend!

We have been using the Pet Practice for a number of years and even after we moved out of the area, have remained with them as they are excellent and prioritise the welfare of your pets. Aside for 1 locum who was horrendous and a very young vet who was ridiculously over cautious with our very young docile dog, we have only got positive things to say and praise for the staff that we deal with frequently. Asia the Vet within the Oakdale Poole practice and Stacey the receptionist both of whom, always make us feel so welcome. Asia is incredible with our four legged family who the staff know are our life. We have 5 dogs at present (Barnaby, Bonnie, Storm , Willow and Beau) .. and we lost our beautiful little ShitZu Bella a few months back and as stated previously, the compassion from the veterinary staff was amazing. Thank you personally from our family for taking care of our pack and being a truly wonderful and amazing practice.

Wonderful vets in Poole. Easy to park, lots of speedy appointments, great wonderful caring staff. My dog and I are very happy with every aspect of care we receive from them. Two happy customers. 5 star service.

We absolutely are blown away by the fantastic staff and overall service provided by Pet Practice in Poole. Our highly anxious GSD literally hates vets, yet Anna K and Ben and all the Veterinary Nurses have been able to calm him down and make him feel safe. He had to have surgery for the first time this year and he was not traumatised. It is amazing. Thank you all at Pet Practice.

Whilst on holiday in the area our two dogs managed to acquire a tick each . I called the Fernhill clinic and was seen almost within the hour both times i called. I couldnt be more appreciative of the practice. First class service first class people. Thank you all .

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. Can't recommend them enough!

Damory vets are truly amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are very understanding when I tell them I don't drive so will need a weekend appointment. They are very patient with all the questions and don't make you feel like you have to rush. They are so good with my cats and very gentle. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs and provide blankets to cover your cat carriers so your cats are less stress when waiting. I would recommend them every time.

We are new to the area and took our cat here. The lovely people here were just so kind and caring and explained what they were doing every step of the way. If you need a vet look no further just go here....they are perfect Thank you Damory

Annual checkups for Roobarb and Captain Custard. They're both very cautious of new humans and the vet saw was so patient and caring; neither animal seems to have suffered and lasting trauma!

I needed an emergency appointment on bank holiday for my cat and this was the only one place open for emergency in my area. Helped my cat who struggled with passing urine. The vet was very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend this place.

Wool Medivet always care for my animals. They are all on the monthly care plan so getting their annual jabs and monthly flea and worm treatments is easy and the bill is spread across the year.

Very knowledgeable, kind and a friendly place to visit. All staff are great. As with all vets now, prices are too high.

She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

Simply the best vet I have ever encountered. We travel 25 miles as have African Pygmy Hedgehogs as not many specialists around. David has performed numerous operations that defy belief and the knowledge and care provided is second to none. We are very grateful for all their efforts

Excellent vets. Can't fault them. I used them as a second opinion as my existing vet couldn't see what was wrong with my cat who wasn't eating. They immediately found the problem and operated on his infected gums and removed the infected teeth that day and effectively saved his life. We also used them on our dog for an endoscopic spay operation. Our dog was up and about that afternoon! It was fantastic. I definitely feel our pets are in good hands when they go to Longmead. Thank you.

First Time of attending Longmead Vets at Wincanton with Buddy our Collie and guess what we were late, due to all-sorts of traffic problems!! We rang their reception to tell of our woes and were greeted with a really friendly can do attitude from the receptionist who assured us that our appointment was not lost. On arrival at this modern spacious clinic our Vet was so nice , she did not rush us and was helpful in answering all our questions fully. What a great experience! On holiday in Dorset and our elderly dog collapsed, I really thought it was the end. First class care from your wareham surgery, even came out into the road to guide us to the surgery. Excellent caring staff, who helped us straight away. I can’t thank you enough , dedicated caring staff. Thank you

Lynwood Veterinary Group, Wareham - very kind and considerate and sent an ambulance to collect Richard's and my dead cat, Teddy Bear this past Friday. The young woman who came to pick up Teddy Bear was also very kind and sympathetic

Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughter’s bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham… Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

Top care!! We took our injured puppy there when she was involved in an accident. Haydon vets done their magic and have given her a chance. Still a long way to go but without them for sure we would have lost our little girl

Visited the clinic for my dog's annual checkup, booster and kennel cough vaccine, everything went well, all spaces are exemplary clean and everyone was friendly. Me and Max left the clinic happy, thanks everyone.

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

We took our Labrador for a lap spay 2 weeks ago. Everything from the preop consultation, procedure and 2 after care appointments has been first class. Very friendly, approachable staff. Thank you for taking such good care of Millie, highly recommended.
