She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

Simply the best vet I have ever encountered. We travel 25 miles as have African Pygmy Hedgehogs as not many specialists around. David has performed numerous operations that defy belief and the knowledge and care provided is second to none. We are very grateful for all their efforts

Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

My conure Rio had an accident over the weekend and broke his leg I called and was told to come in immediately and with the fantastic care and expertise of the Vets they managed to save the leg and splint it and after 24hrs of great care they have released him back home to me. Upton vets were amazing when my dog Josie, my Dad and myself attended on Tuesday morning. All of Josies problems were listened to and the vet Nora was amazing with her. Jodie is now feeling a lot better and has become herself again. The receptionist was amazing and understood Josie was anxious about being at the vets and doesnāt being in a room with another dog and put a sign on the door to warn others. Itās just the little things that make a huge difference, thank you for being amazing

They were brilliant with Douglas and ensured as a rescue and pup his experience of vets was a good one. Douglas loved Rachel the vet and his little treat. Hannah talked through their pet plan and I have to say how refreshing and professional she was rather than being force fed a sales pitch. I have joined the plan.

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put my cat to sleep a few days ago which was very sudden and not expected. But we were so impressed with Kai who was extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards us but also our cat Hugo. It was a really difficult time but Kai and the nurse who also helped him were wonderful and made a very sad occasion more bearable with both of their gentle presence. I cannot thank them enough :)

My little puppy is now 8 months old and has had more than his fair share of treatment for such a little pup. Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments. Everyone at Aniwell has shown compassion & concern, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we have been guided by their amazing advice. We feel that our little dog has received the very best care and treatment available. All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. I first went to St Maryās in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and Iām happy to say heās still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

Damory vets are truly amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are very understanding when I tell them I don't drive so will need a weekend appointment. They are very patient with all the questions and don't make you feel like you have to rush. They are so good with my cats and very gentle. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs and provide blankets to cover your cat carriers so your cats are less stress when waiting. I would recommend them every time.

My cats Merlin and Gus had their injections here at Damory, Blandford and the team are just so lovely. The waiting room was clean and I love that they offered towels sprayed with Feliway. Thereās also a place off the ground to place your cat carrier to give that extra comfort for your cat. Iāve also signed up for the monthly pet plan. Theyāve assured me that they will send text reminders for worm/flea/yearly vaccination too which is great! š±

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo itās a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available š

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice.
