All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the care they give my dog is as good as I could ever hope for.

She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

Simply the best vet I have ever encountered. We travel 25 miles as have African Pygmy Hedgehogs as not many specialists around. David has performed numerous operations that defy belief and the knowledge and care provided is second to none. We are very grateful for all their efforts

My conure Rio had an accident over the weekend and broke his leg I called and was told to come in immediately and with the fantastic care and expertise of the Vets they managed to save the leg and splint it and after 24hrs of great care they have released him back home to me. The Gallops are an amazing facility for dogs, my dogs are dog aggressive, I get to run them off the lead in a save fenced in environment with lots for them to do. The staff are amazing and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit!!

My little puppy is now 8 months old and has had more than his fair share of treatment for such a little pup. Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments. Everyone at Aniwell has shown compassion & concern, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we have been guided by their amazing advice. We feel that our little dog has received the very best care and treatment available. He has always appeared to be comfortable with the vets that he has seen, they are a very knowledgeable team of professionals.

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put my cat to sleep a few days ago which was very sudden and not expected. But we were so impressed with Kai who was extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards us but also our cat Hugo. It was a really difficult time but Kai and the nurse who also helped him were wonderful and made a very sad occasion more bearable with both of their gentle presence. I cannot thank them enough :)

Damory vets are truly amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are very understanding when I tell them I don't drive so will need a weekend appointment. They are very patient with all the questions and don't make you feel like you have to rush. They are so good with my cats and very gentle. They have a separate waiting room for cats and dogs and provide blankets to cover your cat carriers so your cats are less stress when waiting. I would recommend them every time.

My cats Merlin and Gus had their injections here at Damory, Blandford and the team are just so lovely. The waiting room was clean and I love that they offered towels sprayed with Feliway. Thereās also a place off the ground to place your cat carrier to give that extra comfort for your cat. Iāve also signed up for the monthly pet plan. Theyāve assured me that they will send text reminders for worm/flea/yearly vaccination too which is great! š±

I needed an emergency appointment on bank holiday for my cat and this was the only one place open for emergency in my area. Helped my cat who struggled with passing urine. The vet was very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend this place.

I first went to St Maryās in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and Iām happy to say heās still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. Upton vets were amazing when my dog Josie, my Dad and myself attended on Tuesday morning. All of Josies problems were listened to and the vet Nora was amazing with her. We have been using the Pet Practice for a number of years and even after we moved out of the area, have remained with them as they are excellent and prioritise the welfare of your pets. Aside for 1 locum who was horrendous and a very young vet who was ridiculously over cautious with our very young docile dog, we have only got positive things to say and praise for the staff that we deal with frequently. Asia the Vet within the Oakdale Poole practice and Stacey the receptionist both of whom, always make us feel so welcome. Asia is incredible with our four legged family who the staff know are our life. We have 5 dogs at present (Barnaby, Bonnie, Storm , Willow and Beau) .. and we lost our beautiful little ShitZu Bella a few months back and as stated previously, the compassion from the veterinary staff was amazing. Thank you personally from our family for taking care of our pack and being a truly wonderful and amazing practice.

Lovely, caring, efficient vetinary practice to visit. From initial phone call to successful treatment, we were very happy with all services. The receptionist is very helpful and Asher the vet, treated our house rabbit with care and professionalism. I'm glad to say bun made a full recovery. The charges were reasonable. Follow up advice, on the phone, was reassuring also.

We absolutely are blown away by the fantastic staff and overall service provided by Pet Practice in Poole. Our highly anxious GSD literally hates vets, yet Anna K and Ben and all the Veterinary Nurses have been able to calm him down and make him feel safe. He had to have surgery for the first time this year and he was not traumatised. It is amazing. Thank you all at Pet Practice.
