Can’t recommend this vets enough. I had an appointment tonight for my dog but unfortunately due to him being unwell had to cancel 45 minutes before hand and the staff were so lovely about it. Rescheduled there and then and managed to work with me to sort the time around my working hours. Nothing is ever too much for Pool House Vets. All of the vets and reception staff are lovely especially Amy! Always so helpful, kind, caring and understanding, nothing is ever too much for them! They’re so passionate about their job and it really shows :) In these very uncertain times they have the best procedure in place and I would happily leave my dog with anyone here and I know he will be safe and looked after. Well done guys and thank for everything!

Very friendly welcoming practice and everything explained clearly as to what they have to offer. No problem with getting quick and convenient appointments when required. Been using this vets since I had ny kitten just over a year ago. I would definitely recommend them.

This is by far the best vets we have used. Our previous vets don’t match up to the standard and care you get from mere green pool house vets practices. From the team on reception to the vets themselves are all professional and welcoming. We know Our 3 kittens are in good hands when they visit.

I brought my rabbit Phoebe here when she was poorly and my original vets was shut. Amazing staff! So friendly and so hopefully. Definitely have love and passion for the animals. This will be my chosen vets from now on! Thank you

What can I say?? Our dear beautiful boy called Bandit was taken to 387 vet’s for emergency surgery while on the care of my daughter when we were in Jamaica. He had a foreign body in his intestines that cause significant damage and the surgery was long. He passed on the table at the final hour which was simply traumatic and distressing for all the staff at 387 vets. I want to thank Carlos, Jennifer, Hamish, all the nurses and all the reception staff for trying their best to save his life and the kindness and compassion going over and above to call me in Jamaica and my daughter at home to deliver the devastating news. They arranged for his cremation and gave me the time we needed for a debrief of what happened on my return. When I tell people of my experience and the loss of Bandit they comment on what a wonderful practice 387 vets must be. The care Bandit received was second to none and I am at peace with the way he was cared for and loved in his final hours. Cannot thank you enough for helping us through such a horrible time

Fantastic service for all the paws in my house. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. And always available within an hour of phone call. The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment. 5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. And your kindness goes along way.

I volunteer for a cat rescue that this vets has supported. They have an excellent standard of care and always make sure the animals receive first class treatment. The staff are very polite and helpful amd always help to relieve the stress of taking a sick animal to the vets.

So happy I chose this vets for my two cats. I think they're handling the whole covid situation brilliantly. The girl on reception (Amy) is so lovely and chatty. I met the vet at the door who clearly explained the treatment my cat would need, the benefits and what I could expect in the future. I have total faith that they will care for my pets in the future. We’ve been going to Cramar since 2016 when we adopted our beautiful cat “Patch” from a care home. Nearly a year ago, Patch was diagnosed with advanced hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, left sided congestive heart failure and high-risk for blood clot formation, which was diagnosed by Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital. Therefore, Patch was placed on four different medications to help control his condition. For the majority of the last 12 months, Patch was doing really well, but unfortunately, over the last month, small signs of deterioration were starting to creep in. Sadly, on Tuesday, we had to make the very difficult decision to put Patch to sleep despite 4 hours in an oxygen tent and other medical intervention. The vet, nurses and receptionist were extremely compassionate and respectful to us on the day. We were given all the options available and reassured that it was the best decision for Patch’s welfare. We requested a piece of fur and were also given Patch’s paw prints. We also received a lovely sympathy card today, which is very thoughtful of them. Thanks again for everything you did for Patch. I have had the pleasure of using Cramar for years. I have taken on a challenging rescued dog who has medical conditions making him less tolerant. They have been brilliant at working with me and my boy. Not once have they given up on us. Thanks Ruth, Clare and all the amazing staff at Cramar.

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)

Absoloutly amazing staff from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists. Saw my pet in our of hours and again for over night care after surgery and can't thank them enough for the love and care they gave my dog pumpkin and the compassion they showed to me also, very thorough and kept me informed on everything they were doing and very happy to update me when I called in the night to check on her. Can't recommend nor thank them enough. I knew she was in safe hands.

We have been coming to this practice for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Everything is always explained and you can ask as many questions as you like. Over the years we have lost our family pets and i love the fact that we recieve sympathy cards from the surgery.
