I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

I have recently had to have both my dogs put to sleep here just 7 weeks apart. Each time the staff were extremely sensitive. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and the lovely pack of a card, hair cuttings and paw prints are such a personal touch that will be treasured. Thank you to all the staff who helped us with this very upsetting time.

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me.
