Having had a cat that has had problems for several years now and not been sorted out, I changed vets to here and have had such good care for my girlie with diagnostic tests explored and explained fully by the lovely committed vet Megan who spent time and effort trying to solve the issues my cat has and not just prescribing medications to mask the real cause for her discomfort and distress at times. I’m very happy and my cat is more relaxed here than she has ever been at a vets surgery before. She isn’t meowing on the way there in protest anymore and coming back hungry and happy after a consultation. Thank you Megan for being so attentive and caring. Much appreciated!!! An update is my cat has had further tests including a scan on her abdomen and X-rays which sadly have revealed a problem with her liver which unfortunately cannot be cured. I and my beautiful girlie have had support and compassion from the team including James. Very sad but thankful for a local vet that opens Saturday morning too as I had to go in for emergency medication. Would definitely recommend them.

He was handled with such care in his final moments by Kat, and throughout the past 6 months by the whole team since we registered him with this practice. Excellent vets, used for many years for both cats and my dog. They listen to any concerns and always do a thorough examination when required. Staff are friendly and it always feels welcoming. Never have an issue to get an appointment, and the few occasions we've had an emergency, it has been dealt with in an exceptional manner. Highly recommend.

My first visit after transferring from a different Shirley practice went smoothly. Efficiently dealt with at reception and promptly seen by vet. A small practice which is less intimidating with fewer pets waiting to be seen. Efficient diagnosis and treatment prescribed for my 15 yo dog which was soon effective. Parked right outside with no problem. Very happy with my move.

Nice friendly place,small vet clinic with small reception but it is very nice and kindhearted stuff.Here you can find medicine and shampoo for your dog,anti flea products and some helpful things for cats and dogs.There is a parking for some cars. My mom lost a dog and this people helped us to find him healthy and happy.

We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. My 1st visit was very traumatic as my beautiful old cat became sick and I had to put her down. I found the staff very supportive from the cleaner to receptionist, nurse and vets. They were very empathetic and caring considering I was a balling mess. The vet explained everything in an empathic way and gave me the time I needed to put her down. Staff also allowed me to go through the back exit to avoid people in my hour of duress.

My dogs have been cared for by Pipe Hayes vets since I moved here in 2013 I was recommended by someone in the Breed who lives in Derby but has heard how good the practice is! It has met with my expectations. Stephen Pegg has been wonderful.

I have only recently moved house, and one of my cats was involved in a cat fight, probably because of him being new kid on the block! At first, it looked like just his eye was an issue and I was given antibiotic eyedrops to use with him and it cleared up well. But three days later, it was obvious that he was extremely poorly, lying under the bed and not eating or drinking, and I really thought I might lose him. I took him back to the vet and a lovely lady saw him and very quickly found a big abscess on his back leg probably from a bite. She immediately gave him an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory injection and gave me lots of advice . He began to perk up that evening and by the next day he was so much better, which was a massive relief. I’m really pleased to have found this practice now that I have moved, and I recommend it to everyone, not only for the vets, but also for all the other staff who are very friendly and helpful.

I have unfortunately had to use the vets recently for a planned operation on my westie as well as a post surgery injury. I can honestly say that all the staff at the Solihull branch are second to none. They all show compassion, empathy, are extremely professional. I've been going here for many years with various cats and have always been more than happy with their friendly attitude and professional expertise. Took my little cat in today as she wasn't well and Marcus quickly found an abscess that we hadn't seen even though we had been checking her. Had jabs and by the time we got her home she was looking for food. Great outcome.

I would not take my dog anywhere else the staff here are amazing and the care and love they give to the animals is outstanding. My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!
