Having had a cat that has had problems for several years now and not been sorted out, I changed vets to here and have had such good care for my girlie with diagnostic tests explored and explained fully by the lovely committed vet Megan who spent time and effort trying to solve the issues my cat has and not just prescribing medications to mask the real cause for her discomfort and distress at times. I’m very happy and my cat is more relaxed here than she has ever been at a vets surgery before. She isn’t meowing on the way there in protest anymore and coming back hungry and happy after a consultation. Thank you Megan for being so attentive and caring. Much appreciated!!! An update is my cat has had further tests including a scan on her abdomen and X-rays which sadly have revealed a problem with her liver which unfortunately cannot be cured. I and my beautiful girlie have had support and compassion from the team including James. Very sad but thankful for a local vet that opens Saturday morning too as I had to go in for emergency medication. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent vets, used for many years for both cats and my dog. They listen to any concerns and always do a thorough examination when required. Staff are friendly and it always feels welcoming. Never have an issue to get an appointment, and the few occasions we've had an emergency, it has been dealt with in an exceptional manner. Highly recommend.

Fantastic vet! Saw my cat on time, friendly receptionist and friendly & helpful vets. Good location albeit the parking space is a little tight. Separate rooms for cats and dogs as well which is great. Appointments ran on time - no complaints.

Phoned on the Saturday morning as an emergency appointment. The receptionist recognised that my cat was in need of urgent help. Within 15 minutes I arrived with my cat and was taken immediately. The Vet went above and beyond to help my cat. He was taken into a separate area to perform what was required to alleviate his pain. The Vet explained what would happen to my cat. We came home with medication which was explained throughly by the receptionist. Thank you to the VET and the RECEPTIONIST for an excellent service.

Nice friendly place,small vet clinic with small reception but it is very nice and kindhearted stuff.Here you can find medicine and shampoo for your dog,anti flea products and some helpful things for cats and dogs.There is a parking for some cars. My mom lost a dog and this people helped us to find him healthy and happy.

My first visit after transferring from a different Shirley practice went smoothly. Efficiently dealt with at reception and promptly seen by vet. A small practice which is less intimidating with fewer pets waiting to be seen. Efficient diagnosis and treatment prescribed for my 15 yo dog which was soon effective. Parked right outside with no problem. Very happy with my move.

We as a family, just want to send huge heartfelt thanks to the vets for how much they helped us tonight during the the most heartbreaking time we have ever been through! Saying goodbye to a beloved pet (in our case our 15 year old staffie) is the most horrendous thing to do but their kindness, time and calm demeanour just made that final goodbye so much more bearable! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us over the years with Luna, we appreciate it more than you will ever know!

I had to bring my 1-year-old cat to this emergency vet after he was suspected of being hit by a car. I was seen the same day by Alexandra, a lovely vet who quickly assessed him. X-rays suggested a pelvic fracture, so I was given pain medication and asked to return the next day for further evaluation. At the follow-up, we met Graham, who was fantastic—his humor helped ease my anxiety, and he clearly explained the x-rays, injury, and possible outcomes. Given my cat’s young age, we decided on strict cage rest and pain management, expecting a full recovery. A follow-up was scheduled for the following week. The entire team, from vets to nurses and reception staff, was professional, communicative, and incredibly kind. When I called the emergency line with medication questions that night, they were patient and reassuring. Vet bills add up fast, so having insurance or savings is essential—you never know when an emergency will happen. While I hope I won’t need to return, I’m grateful to know my pets would be in good hands if I do. Thank you for your care and professionalism!

We brought our baby bearded dragon here as an emergency due to an accident was seen so quickly and the details of what needed to happen was spot on! Sergio is AMAZING the way he dealt with our bearded dragon was far from our expectations he was brilliant! We will definitely be using 608 Vets for our other animals. We can’t thank you guys enough for looking after our Rex. Beyond brilliant vets would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely 5 stars and more! Our bunny broke her jaw and our own vets could not do anything for her, someone was looking down on us when we got transferred to Manor Vets Edgbaston. Mikel her vet is an absolute genius and the kindest man we have ever met, he goes above and beyond to help and honestly we would not thank him enough! He always remained positive and nothing was too much trouble, she would not be here without him. The nurse Faye is the sweetest person, equally as compassionate and caring and helped not only with our bunny taking great care of her but made us feel so at ease, such a lovely person. The reception staff, well it’s safe to say we spent a lot of time with these ladies on our trip weekly visits for 3 months, they are kind, compassionate and just great people and we enjoyed there company! Our bunny is now all fixed because of these great people and she will be staying at this vets for any future treatment and her vaccinations, thank you guys, you really are the best x Highly highly highly recommend this vets!

They saved my budgie's life! I can't say enough words how good and operative they all been! If not all the Manor staff I wouldn't have my budgie by now.. They all together did this amazing job! I just wanted to write a review after my really positive experience this morning. I am so grateful for the help of manor vets with my poorly hammy. I went there thinking id have to euthanise her and she was a bit of a lost cause only to be reassured that there was still help we could give her to make her better. Mal Q the exotic was so understanding and caring towards both me and my baby hammy. She reassured me and did all she could do to make sure my hammy was comfortable. She really is an asset to manor vets!! What a great vets to go to! The lady on reception was also extremely helpful and friendly with me and helped me lift the cage out and into my car. Keep doing what you're doing! There aren't many vets out there like this anymore 💕

Fantastic vets, especially Jack and Mikel, and nursing staff, especially Mandy. Reception staff are also extremely helpful and supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone who has rabbits. The team is so knowledgeable and also happy to educate owners to better manage and understand their rabbits needs.

My partner has been using this practice for around seven years, & speaks very highly of it. I recently went to pickup a prescription for one of the cat's, the lady from reception was halfway across the carpark with it before I even got out of my car ..... Thank you brilliant service.

Excellent vet to our 3 cats, explain everything well and outline all the options available. The course of treatment is recommended, and expected outcomes given. Easy to get an appointment once registered, all the staff have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault these guys, they really care about the cat & are happy to discuss all options.

I cannot express enough how caring and kind Sarah is my dog Blue actually wags tail when sees her. Before his operation i was very reassured by Sarah and her lovely staff.

What a change. I took my two girls in today for their top up jabs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Eles, the vet and Alice the other vet were a great team. And I must mention the help at the reception, it was how you want a Vets to be!

I registered 2 kittens with White Cross Vets and have also joined up to the Wellness plan for them both. My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. I've been going here for many years with various cats and have always been more than happy with their friendly attitude and professional expertise. Took my little cat in today as she wasn't well and Marcus quickly found an abscess that we hadn't seen even though we had been checking her. Had jabs and by the time we got her home she was looking for food. Great outcome.

I was really nervous about taking my very reactive nervous dog to the vets but they handled and treated by dog so very well. I was very happy as my dog and myself were not traumatised by the experience. Thank you so very much.

I would not take my dog anywhere else the staff here are amazing and the care and love they give to the animals is outstanding. My dog was very ill when a puppy and all the tests were done and the care was brilliant. I have trouble getting Tilly out of there when we go she loves all the staff so much. Amazing practice! Before deciding on a new vet for my cat, I researched Birmingham vets and their operators. Orchard Vets and their plans help make accessing great support for my pet accessible and not stressful. While the vets are 20 minutes away from where we live, it's worth the journey. They make it simple to understand all costs and the actual service and vets are amazing. Reception is always kind and warm and you can tell that everyone sincerely loves helping animals. I trust my pet in their hands and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.
