I have unfortunately had to use the vets recently for a planned operation on my westie as well as a post surgery injury. I can honestly say that all the staff at the Solihull branch are second to none. They all show compassion, empathy, are extremely professional. They explained each part of the process and tried to eliminate any worries that we had.Thank you very much for caring for Ralph x

Brilliant vets, so caring. Unfortunately my baby girl was put to sleep here. The vet was absolutely fantastic. He took his time and explained every step to me. I have only recently moved house, and one of my cats was involved in a cat fight, probably because of him being new kid on the block! At first, it looked like just his eye was an issue and I was given antibiotic eyedrops to use with him and it cleared up well. But three days later, it was obvious that he was extremely poorly, lying under the bed and not eating or drinking, and I really thought I might lose him. I took him back to the vet and a lovely lady saw him and very quickly found a big abscess on his back leg probably from a bite. She immediately gave him an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory injection and gave me lots of advice . He began to perk up that evening and by the next day he was so much better, which was a massive relief. I’m really pleased to have found this practice now that I have moved, and I recommend it to everyone, not only for the vets, but also for all the other staff who are very friendly and helpful.

We have been coming to this practice for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Everything is always explained and you can ask as many questions as you like. Over the years we have lost our family pets and i love the fact that we recieve sympathy cards from the surgery.

Our cat needed a check up and the staff at 608 were brilliant from beginning to end. The cat isn't used to being out of the house so was a bit traumatised by the car journey but because of the care the staff at 608 Acocks green showed, he calmed down and was given the right treatment. Can't thank them enough.

i came here with a litter of puppies. theyre friendly, polite and non-judgemental. i will definitely be bringing all my animals here.. i wont step foot in another vets after visiting these guys.. thank you soo much. x

Excellent vet to our 3 cats, explain everything well and outline all the options available. The course of treatment is recommended, and expected outcomes given. Easy to get an appointment once registered, all the staff have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault these guys, they really care about the cat & are happy to discuss all options.

Really friendly and professional. It take my dog a little bit of time to get used to new people but straight away he felt comfortable with all staff members he encountered. We've now been a couple of times and every time they've been helpful, calm, friendly and answered any and all questions.

The veterinarian is very gentle and soothes the puppy with a soft voice during the examination, using patient and warm hands to check its condition. She pays attention to every subtle reaction of the puppy, ensuring it doesn’t feel scared or uncomfortable. Really good👍🏻

I really can't complain honestly they have really looked after my boys Casper and Tigger and Smokey and also the receptionist very friendly and also gave me a couple of chocolates as I'm diabetic to bring my sugars back up and made sure I was ok to I'm so grateful,I definitely recommend people to go here with there little baby's never had a problem with them thank you so much for everything much appreciated.

Absolutely lovely vets and the cost is more than reasonable. I spent many days looking for a vet that could neuter my dog but within my budget. I strongly recommend these vets, they are friendly, helpful and the after care is 5*.

My cat developed a urine infection in September 2024 (by this point we had been attending the vets for 2 years and my family had done with our previous cats as well in the past) all was okay after a course of antibiotics and pain relief but then a few months later I noticed he was un well again and I took him in and he unfortunately had blocked bladder and needed an emergency operation, he recovered and was allowed back home with me, the next few weeks or so was spent with trips back and forth to the vets along with giving him medication unfortunately he was still not passing urine properly and was blocked again so I had to let him go 💔 I know Rebecca and the team did everything they could to try and help him. They were all so caring (my boy was scared but he was such a Mommy’s boy he only loved me and no-one else) I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 as I was seen by a locum vet at one point and as lovely as he was he gave me incorrect information at one point.

Absolutely amazing, so caring and felt so safe leaving my dog with them. They sorted my dog out and gave her an operation and now she is able to live without being in pain. Thanks so much

The team here are very helpful, it is appointment only but I had an emergency with my dog and they managed to get me an appointment the same day. We have used their services a few times now and they always explain very clearly about a situation. Great team of people.

Can’t thank the staff at the Willows enough for looking after our dog (and us) following his recent urgent spinal surgery. Everyone we came into contact with has been kind and supportive during a very traumatic and emotional experience. We had frequent updates from his vet Michelle and met with Emma (physio) and Jo (neurology nurse) who went through everything with us. What an amazing place !!

We had a fabulous service right from walking through the door to the reception. Everyone was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. We had lots of questions and these were answered honestly and professionally. Our dachshund had to have surgery and was in over the weekend, we had daily phone calls giving us updates. This is a lovely place, clean, tidy and was a very calming atmosphere. I would certainly recommend to anyone who asks me about Willows.

Absolutely first class. Saw Will, who was outstanding. He is one of the nicest and most helpful vets we have come across - he was very knowledgeable, patient and caring, and we trusted him implicitly with our boy. Can’t fault any of the staff; the reception ladies were lovely, as was the veterinary nurse we saw. We were seen quickly, they kept us informed and were really kind despite being busy, and I believe they really tried to keep costs down for us too. 100% recommend this vets. Was referred to them from my local vets for an out of hours emergency. The receptionist was very helpful on the phone with estimating cost and arrangements. On arrival, they had a trolley ready to wheel in my large akita Storm.The nurse and the vet were very gentle with him and kind and understanding of the situation towards me. Storm was 16 years old and in a bad way, so unfortunately, this visit was for euthanasia.I was well informed about the process and assured he was in good hands.He passed piecfully, and I was given time alone before and after to say goodbye and was with him the whole time throughout. Received his ashes back for scattering in a beautiful tub along with paw prints and a lock of his fur.

The doctor was lovely when dealing with my conure who had a broken wing and gave us the correct prescriptions our little feather baby is all healed up and is back to flying normally

I’ve taken my budgies to Amicus for about 17 years. Roy saved my old budgies life after everyone gave up on her. I am back from a visit with little Ozzy today and the vet was lovely and so kind and thorough with him. Thank you all ❤️
