Very friendly welcoming practice and everything explained clearly as to what they have to offer. No problem with getting quick and convenient appointments when required. Been using this vets since I had ny kitten just over a year ago. I would definitely recommend them.

Can’t recommend this vets enough. I had an appointment tonight for my dog but unfortunately due to him being unwell had to cancel 45 minutes before hand and the staff were so lovely about it. Rescheduled there and then and managed to work with me to sort the time around my working hours. Nothing is ever too much for Pool House Vets. All of the vets and reception staff are lovely especially Amy! Always so helpful, kind, caring and understanding, nothing is ever too much for them! They’re so passionate about their job and it really shows :) In these very uncertain times they have the best procedure in place and I would happily leave my dog with anyone here and I know he will be safe and looked after. Well done guys and thank for everything!

This is by far the best vets we have used. Our previous vets don’t match up to the standard and care you get from mere green pool house vets practices. From the team on reception to the vets themselves are all professional and welcoming. We know Our 3 kittens are in good hands when they visit.

So happy I chose this vets for my two cats. I think they're handling the whole covid situation brilliantly. The girl on reception (Amy) is so lovely and chatty. I met the vet at the door who clearly explained the treatment my cat would need, the benefits and what I could expect in the future. I have total faith that they will care for my pets in the future. Our elderly cavalier has a heart murmur and we might have needed a scan (expensive). We had agreed to the cost but Vet Steve said she is not bad enough to need it yet and charged us NOTHING. What great ethics and care. Thank you so very much. We changed from a vet owned by VC’s to Ashfield and have not regretted it for a single moment. Wonderful animal people

What a change. I took my two girls in today for their top up jabs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Eles, the vet and Alice the other vet were a great team. And I must mention the help at the reception, it was how you want a Vets to be!

Have been using Scott Arms Vets for over 10 years now and have always found both the staff and vets professional and caring. They take excellent care of my 3 Pugs who are all adopted. I trust them explicitly and the vet is always caring and explains everything including future treatments and costs.

I had my 2 cats neutered and microchip done here they were amazing with them both as they were abit stressed as was in the carriers and didn't like them and were so polite and friendly towards myself knowing I was worried about leaving them so helpful in after care advice even chatted with me about their needs for after as I dropped them off so I did go shopping to get what needed before picking them up I've had no problems with my cats after 100% definitely would recommend them to others and will keep my cats registered here

Have used this veterinary Centre in Yardley for a long time now with 2 of my dogs. I have found them very good and treated your ani.al and yourself very good and professional. Always there to help if you have any questions about your pet. Fully recommended them.

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. Thank you for caring for my boy

My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

I would like to thank Beckie the Veterinary Care Assistant for being the amazing person that she is! I registered 2 kittens with White Cross Vets and have also joined up to the Wellness plan for them both. Beckie has been incredibly helpful throughout the process and this is a quick message to say that her hardwork should be shouted about! The vets at this centre are amazing highly recommend to take any animal there. We take our injured wildlife birds that comes into my brother rescue and they are amazing with them they decide if it’s best to be put to sleep or to come back into the rescue and live a happy life. They never put animal small or big to sleep if it’s not recommended. Best veterinary practice in Birmingham definitely worth going

They saved my budgie's life! I can't say enough words how good and operative they all been! If not all the Manor staff I wouldn't have my budgie by now.. They all together did this amazing job! Fantastic vets, especially Jack and Mikel, and nursing staff, especially Mandy. Reception staff are also extremely helpful and supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone who has rabbits. The team is so knowledgeable and also happy to educate owners to better manage and understand their rabbits needs.

Highly highly reccomend this practice for their exotic vet care for rodents from my experience. Receptionists are fantastic, very knowledgable and experienced vets, extremely transparent & offer all treatment options. My hamster unfortunately passed, and they treated me and her with such kindness even for a pet some people deem lesser, they laid her in a box ready for burial with a flower. I cannot thank this practice and their staff enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. The vet who treated our dog in an emergency situation was very reassuring and caring. A fantastic state of the art new clean facility and the coffee machine was an added bonus.

I am so greatful for all that was done to keep my little cat alive, but for the amazing vets at Vets Now, he would have died. I found all the staff to be compassionate, courteous and professional.. Thank You all. God bless.

Had to take our cat Brian as an emergency to Blaise as he had licked a caustic substance and burnt his mouth he couldn’t eat or drink and was in pain, the care he received was faultless would highly recommend, kept up to date at all times by vet Lucy who was excellent and Thankyou to Taylor the nurse for showing us how to look after Brian at home till he was fully recovered

Great vet's they looked after my pet family and me when l had to let part of my family pass away there name's was rocky and Tom over family and over dog Charlie they was part of a family l just want to say thankyou form all the family xx

Lovely, clean and fair priced veterinary practice. Staff are always friendly & well mannered and provide good knowledge of the services they offer. Always leave feeling happy knowing my pets are receiving the best care. Would highly recommend this vets!

Can't praise them enough! When my poor Bella fell down the stairs, Pet House were the nearest to me open on a Saturday. Never knew they existed before. The vet and the vet nurse did everything they could to save her working over their shifts, focused on her while comforting us. We lost Bella in the end and they were genuinely upset they couldn't save her. Everything you want from a vet but rare these days!

My cat keep vomiting for 3 days at least 10 times we had no choice but call the vet , luckily got a place at once. the vet exam him in details and he is fine , lovely staff and very clean everywhere. Will stick with this vet for sure .

Claude does not like travelling and usually leaves a smelly present in his cat box by the time I get to the vets which is about ten minuets away. The practice are really good of cleaning Claude up before he goes into see the vet. Claude is always relax when he is on the vets table and loves to be pampered.
