Absolutely wonderful vets and wonderful service. The staff are so lovely, caring and attending. They really care which makes all of the difference. Excellent vets, used for many years for both cats and my dog. They listen to any concerns and always do a thorough examination when required. Staff are friendly and it always feels welcoming. Never have an issue to get an appointment, and the few occasions we've had an emergency, it has been dealt with in an exceptional manner. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff. Adopted my very loving lurcher in December, and she had to have dental work. They kept both me and her calm. Aftercare brilliant. Answered all my questions. I had to change my appointment. Not an issue! Highly recommended.

Thank you so much to Kat and the rest of the JH team for the compassion and patience shown to us as a family this week when we sadly had to put our dog to sleep. He was handled with such care in his final moments by Kat, and throughout the past 6 months by the whole team since we registered him with this practice. Having had a cat that has had problems for several years now and not been sorted out, I changed vets to here and have had such good care for my girlie with diagnostic tests explored and explained fully by the lovely committed vet Megan who spent time and effort trying to solve the issues my cat has and not just prescribing medications to mask the real cause for her discomfort and distress at times. I’m very happy and my cat is more relaxed here than she has ever been at a vets surgery before. She isn’t meowing on the way there in protest anymore and coming back hungry and happy after a consultation. Thank you Megan for being so attentive and caring. Much appreciated!!! An update is my cat has had further tests including a scan on her abdomen and X-rays which sadly have revealed a problem with her liver which unfortunately cannot be cured. I and my beautiful girlie have had support and compassion from the team including James. Very sad but thankful for a local vet that opens Saturday morning too as I had to go in for emergency medication. Would definitely recommend them.

The care and compassion that James, Kat, Sophie D, Sophie, JB, Hollie F, Sam, Freya, Louise, Sarah, Leigh and everyone else working within this practice is beyond anything I have ever experienced. (Those named are the people I dealt wirh personally). My cat Missy was a patient there for 2 years, starting with a full dental due to having calici virus, then her regular check ups and then her final months with Kidney Disease. Everyone rallied round to try and find solutions, treatments, anything to help. We were often at the practice twice a week. Unfortunately Missy became anaemic and there was no cure so we had to say goodbye to her in September last year. The staff were clearly upset too. During the 2 years that we were there, communication was always faultless whether it was a WhatsApp message, email or telephone call. There's nothing that I can fault and we will be back visiting soon with Princess Leia, our recent rescue. I really cannot recommend James Horner practice enough.

We recently changed our vets to James Horner for our young cavapoo Blue. It was a big decision for us to make but we needed help. What a wonderful vets they are, all the team from front of house reception, nursing staff and vets were lovely. It was a real breath of fresh air. Holly, the vet that looked after us and Blue was exceptional, kind, caring,compassionate and professional at the same time. She put us at our ease and listened to our concerns and made a real effort to get to know Blue. A real independent vets with the personal touch that is so important. We highly recommend James and his team. It is the small touches and details too that set this veterinarian practice apart.

I have taken my dog here for the past 3 years since moving here. They reception is always so nice and they really care for the animals. I needed a health certificate to move to Germany and they were very patient when I had to reschedule due to visa issues. Dr. Josh has been a great vet and I highly recommend Vets4pets Solihull!

Really good Vets. Spent the time actually explaining what is wrong with my dog in detail, and then various treatments, risks, pros and cons of each option. Highly recommend! Fairly priced too, open until late and 7 days a week! UPDATE: Unfortunately our dog has had to be euthanised, he was an old boy, almost 15 years old! The vets was amazing, compassionate, gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, they organised the cremation, which was cheaper than going direct to some that I found online. We chose to have the ashes back and they came in a lovely box with a sympathy card which they’d taken a print of his paws! 100% recommend this vets!

I’ve been coming to this practice for years. It’s now medivet and it’s still a great service. Alit if the vets and nurses know my dog and he’s always treated with care and kindness. They also listen to your needs and talk to you about all levels of treatment available.

Eduardo is absolutely amazing!!! We are now proud owners of a Preloved dog and we needed to get him registered quickly, the online system was quick and easy, they had an appointment available but we had to bring our children with us, he was patient and fantastic with our kids and our new dog. When we visited again because our dog needed an urgent appointment on the day they saw us incredibly quickly. Eduardo took his time explaining everything to us, answered all my questions easily and was again absolutely fantastic!! I left feeling a lot lighter, a lot more reassured, and more confident.

I visited Medivet because I found a hedgehog in our garden that looked a little unwell. I took it there for some help, not knowing what to do. It turned out the hedgehog wasn’t unwell but maybe just a little too hot. They kept him in until I could collect and release him back into the wild. I think this is incredible in a world where no one does anything for free. I received updates about his health over the two days he was there. Given the amount of information and care provided, I would 100% use this vet if I had a pet. Thank you so much!

I have been with Medivet Solihull for many many years and am so well acquainted with the practice that the staff sadly know when its me on the phone. I have stayed with the practice for such a length of time due to the nurses / front of house staff who have remained the same over the years. Cassie the Vet Nurse is exceptional - she 100% gets the love we have for our pets. Everything she handles is done with the upmost professionalism and care. Fiona is also fantastic and is always very helpful & lovely. I have recently had 2 surgeries for my dogs at the practice and both times I felt confident that they were in the best hands. Thank you both! The new vets/partners, Eduardo & Dimitra are very much welcomed, it is great to have permanent vets on board and it makes the continuity of care and advise much easier to follow. They are both extremely through and take a lot of time with you and your pet. Thank you Medivet Solihull

We didn't go to the vets we went to the dog groomers next door called the dog house and they are brilliant you can drop the dog off or stay with it . does a great cut and love's all the dog's

My 1st visit was very traumatic as my beautiful old cat became sick and I had to put her down. I found the staff very supportive from the cleaner to receptionist, nurse and vets. They were very empathetic and caring considering I was a balling mess. The vet explained everything in an empathic way and gave me the time I needed to put her down. Staff also allowed me to go through the back exit to avoid people in my hour of duress.

We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

Nice friendly place,small vet clinic with small reception but it is very nice and kindhearted stuff.Here you can find medicine and shampoo for your dog,anti flea products and some helpful things for cats and dogs.There is a parking for some cars. My mom lost a dog and this people helped us to find him healthy and happy.

Phoned on the Saturday morning as an emergency appointment. The receptionist recognised that my cat was in need of urgent help. Within 15 minutes I arrived with my cat and was taken immediately. The Vet went above and beyond to help my cat. He was taken into a separate area to perform what was required to alleviate his pain. The Vet explained what would happen to my cat. We came home with medication which was explained throughly by the receptionist. Thank you to the VET and the RECEPTIONIST for an excellent service.

We brought our baby bearded dragon here as an emergency due to an accident was seen so quickly and the details of what needed to happen was spot on! Sergio is AMAZING the way he dealt with our bearded dragon was far from our expectations he was brilliant! We will definitely be using 608 Vets for our other animals. We can’t thank you guys enough for looking after our Rex. Beyond brilliant vets would definitely recommend!

The night vet was kind enough to see my hamster late at night. Before the consult, they told me the overnight team were not exotic specialists but the day team are likely to help better which helped me understand why I didn't have all the answers I wanted. The day team indeed had exotic pet experience, and ensured that I'm well informed about my hamster's condition. Unfortunately, he was too unwell to be treated and the team dealt with that appropriately and with compassion. Whilst horrible circumstances to be there under, I found all the staff are very suited to their jobs. Prices are appropriate (compared to previous experience in other cities for small rodents). Thank you 608, for helping me at a really difficult time.

Our own local vet referred our beautiful girl to Willows for further diagnostics and possible treatment plan for suspecting Mast cell tumour in the abdomen. We received a call within 24hrs of receipt of the referral from Willows to book in, initially the appointment was a little too far in the future, but we were assured that every effort would be made to bring the appointment forward, another call received later that day did in fact bring an appointment fwd. On the day of arrival the reception team were friendly and we had only a short wait to meet our designated specialist Mark Dunning, Mark was one of the most kind and compassionate people we've met, he was calm and patient with our dog, he spoke to her with respect and not over her, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the breed specifics and understood our concerns and feelings around the seriousness of the illness. He also, was very practical around what would or wouldn't be suitable for a dog of her age,and what would provide the best and kindest outcome for her. After the CT Mark called us straight away to let us know that our dog was fine and was recovering then discussed the findings. Sadly for her the findings were not good. Sadly we had let our beautiful girl go the day after her appointment at Willows, When Mark heard the news he showed great compassion to our situation, and although we know we did the best thing for her, Mark was able to reiterate our own thoughts and justification for our decision, this isn't something you always experience, especially when your seeing a new specialist with no previous working relationship with your pet. Because of Willows we have been able to take some comfort in an incredibly painful time that we possibly wouldn't have had,had we not agreed to be referred. I can't recommend this centre enough.

I honestly cannot thank willows enough. You literally saved my beautiful girl and gave her a second shot at life. Sky had liver lobectomy as there was a a cancerous mass present. The team looked after her so well and so please to get her home when I thought I was going to loose her.

Absolutely first class. Saw Will, who was outstanding. He is one of the nicest and most helpful vets we have come across - he was very knowledgeable, patient and caring, and we trusted him implicitly with our boy. Can’t fault any of the staff; the reception ladies were lovely, as was the veterinary nurse we saw. We were seen quickly, they kept us informed and were really kind despite being busy, and I believe they really tried to keep costs down for us too. 100% recommend this vets. They made a difficult day much easier. Thanks Willows!

Rodney, our 3 year old Maine Coon Cat, had developed a slight limp. A visit the our Vet was very quickly followed by a referral to Willows Veterinary Centre. Bit of a coincidence that Rodney has a little sister by a different mother. She is a red wire haired daschund and is called Willow. I digress. It was decided to give Rodders a new hip and if all went well another new hip on the other side sometime later. After a year Rodders was re-assessed and unfortunately the new hip had failed. Various solutions were discussed but it was decided to give Rodney floating hips. One at a time. Currently we have Rodney in his onsuite recovery cage for the next two weeks. Alexis and the rest of the staff at Willows are absolutely amazing, dedicated to the care of their patients and the patients owners. Rodney soon let's you know if he doesn't like you or what you are doing. During his examinations he was totally placid. I will never hesitate to refer to Willows if any of my pets need top notch Vet care in the future. Attached photo of Rodders in his unsuited bedroom.
