Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. As it turns out I didn’t have a problem, but felt assured it had been checked thoroughly. Reasonable price compared to other local services. Would recommend.

Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. This service was very easy to contact. Despite being busy Bryan responded and kept in touch. He made a thorough assessment of the problem and explained what he was doing and why. He fixed three more return visits to check that the problem was solved and was reassuring and very pleasant. We would certainly use his service again and recommend him to others.

I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. He always stuck to his word, and was well worth the money, and as such I have full confidence in recommending to family and friends. The only regret I have is not getting him in sooner.

I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. Craig came out to us on the same day and expertly dealt the awkwardly placed nest within in minutes. I've used Craig before and have recommended him to all my friends who've required help removing wasps. I can guarantee you he is very professional and exceptional value for money.

My Mum had a wasp nest in her roof. Craig gave me loads of useful information over the phone and because it was January told me it was likely that the wasps would be dead and he would simply be removing “rubbish” and so gave a reduced price from his full fee (someone else I phoned didn’t mention this and was going to charge me double the amount of Craig’s full fee!). Craig came round that same day and checked the situation. The Queen was still alive but Craig still removed the nest for the same reduced price that had been agreed and also put down some treatment for some cluster flies which he found in the loft for no extra charge. Craig is friendly, thorough, helpful and very reasonably priced. We have used other wasp removal people in the past and Craig is by far the best we have come across and the cheapest – we will not be using anyone else in the future that’s for sure.

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

We had a problem with what we thought was a dormant old wasps nest in the attic. On arrival the operative - seemed nice chap, smiling despite the concern on my face went to the location and quickly determined it was dormant or old but said he would remove it for no charge :-) On doing so he then discovered a live nest in the eaves I had not spotted and removed that successfully. In line with the previous review I find Solihull PROKILL's service to be extremely reliable and always conducted to an exceptional level. I am yet to encounter any issues contacting the guys regarding reoccurring and ad hoc matters and they were even able to facilitate an emergency call out within 30 minutes of my initial contact. Great service received. From the very start Dan Corp was extremely helpful and fast to respond to any queries. He contacted our tenants and arranged appointments and talked them through the treatments required. We will be using them again in the future! A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.
