We recently had a wasp’s nest in the shed, a friend of mine recommended using the Pestmaster. I gave them a call we booked him in, they arrived on time, soon sorted the problem out. I thought they was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. When I called on a Sunday morning very anxious and needing advice and a second opinion they came and visited my house within an hour of the call, did a thorough inspection and provided helpful advice and information. On finding no evidence of the suspected pest they have arranged to put down diagnostic traps for extra reassurance. On the basis of my initial contact, if there is any need of treatment in the future I trust that this local BPCA certified company will give me a fair quote and carry out the work professionally and competently..

I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. Thank you Richard, I would certainly use you again and would encourage you to ask more customers to provide reviews.

Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

In line with the previous review I find Solihull PROKILL's service to be extremely reliable and always conducted to an exceptional level. I am yet to encounter any issues contacting the guys regarding reoccurring and ad hoc matters and they were even able to facilitate an emergency call out within 30 minutes of my initial contact. A very comprehensive service and highly recommended!

Upon calling Prokill they were very quick in responding to my dilemma & were straight out to access our pest problem. It turned out we had carpet beetles something I had not heard of before.
