Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. Had a discussion about the problem told me what he was going to do and how it works. 10/10 Great service great chap very knowledgeable person highly recommend you won't be disappointed. 👏👏👏👍

Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. Called for pest control service, got an appointment booked within that week, amazing price too and reliable as they ask you to pay after the service of each separate appointment, whilst other companies were telling me to pay upfront for all 3 appointments! No way. But Covkill was excellent and absolutely amazing service from Graham, he explained what he was gonna do to tackle the issue. Haven’t seen or heard any rats ever since. i rang the company COVKILL PEST Control in the morning, as I was concerned about a food storage problem I had . A helpful gentleman named Martin arrived at 1pm, and gave me all the advice I needed. He was very efficient and knowledgable on what I asked him. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This service was very easy to contact. Despite being busy Bryan responded and kept in touch. He made a thorough assessment of the problem and explained what he was doing and why. He fixed three more return visits to check that the problem was solved and was reassuring and very pleasant. We would certainly use his service again and recommend him to others.

Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. We had been quoted over £400 for some wasp control. I rang kenilworth pest for a second opinion and learnt a great deal about wasps and their habits and nests. The reality is that no treatment was needed at all. It is so rare to meet such honesty and I couldn't recommend this business enough.
