I went here after work today, for an oil and filter change, having booked an appointment online. The owner said that he had no details of my booking. I said I will come back another time, but he said it's no problem and that he will order the parts and start work on my car straight away. The parts came within ten minutes and the oil and filter change was done within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service as I had put him out and he could have said that he didn't have time. I will definitely be going back to this garage in the future for further car work. Thank you Manir Autos and have a happy new year.

I had the need to call out a mobile mechanic today as a mechanical problem with the locking system on my car’s driver door meant I was unable to close it (nothing to do with the key) - therefore the car was unroadworthy and I wasn’t able to secure it. I’m pleased to say that Adam arrived between the times he said he’d arrive. He seemed very knowledgeable and the car door now closes and can be locked. As well as being knowledgeable, Adam had a very nice/decent manner about him. I’ve put his number into my contacts as I wouldn’t have any hesitation about calling him again if ever the need arises and I would recommend him to my friends.

Adam was an absolute life-saver! We were down in Coventry just for the day when our car went into limp mode. After ringing round a few garages who were all not interested in helping us at short notice, I phoned Adam and he was happy to help and came straight to have a look. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our issue, got the car out of limp mode and got us back on the road. Highly recommended, thanks!

Adam was on time and communication was fantastic throughout from the first request for his services to fixing the issue. Price was very reasonable and he was able to locate the problem that others could not within a very short period of time.

Adam did an excellent job replacing the clutch on my car at very short notice. I had advised him that I was waiting for the car to be recovered from outside of the city and he phoned the next morning to see how things were and booked a repair for the following day. Reception team were super friendly and helpful. Booked in initially for an interim service and MOT but cancelled service as had to diagnose coolant leak issues first. The team were very understanding. I was very pleased with the speed they carried out the MOT and communicated any reasons for failure. Would go back here again as they are trustworthy and reliable.

Probably the best garage and MOT station in Coventry and the surrounding areas. Mike is a superb mechanic and has always been 100% transparent with me about everything. Particularly great place to take Land Rovers / Range Rovers as Mike is extremely knowledgeable and an enthusiast himself.

I have used MRM for a long time and every time they sorted out any mechanic problems. I just had my MOT done with them again, they replaced my shock absorber for very reasonable price. Very happy with them. They clearly know what they are doing.

Husband had his car fixed there. First green flag about this place is that as a woman when I rang for a quote they did not treat me like an idiot as many garages do. Lovely customer service. Secondly, no nonsense approach, diagnosed what needed doing and got the car fixed to a high standard. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be back.

I want to first of thank the team at Meriden autos for their hassle free service, from the very first point of contact, nothing was too much trouble. After a week of driving our used car the engine managaement light showed its ugly head. After been fobbed off by company we purchased our vehilce from, jumped on the phone to company we usually take our car too and was told to just get rid of it, so we decided that we would take it to the local garage for diagnostics, where we were told there was multiple faults, however these would easily be fixed, and wouldn't be a problem. Callum and Andy went above and beyond to remind us of our consumer rights, with no pressure to book the work in with them. Again we want to give a huge thanks to the team at meriden autos for easing our stress and their attention to detail, highly recommended.
