I recently had an issue with the driver-side windscreen wiper on my Mercedes C-Class W205, which had stopped working while the passenger-side wiper was still functioning. I had driven to Birmingham from quite a distance, and with the weather conditions being what they were, it was unsafe to drive without a functioning wiper. At 4:30 PM, I contacted several mechanics who quickly diagnosed the problem and insisted that I needed a new wiper motor. However, when I called GH Autos, Kasim assured me that they would do their best to help. Upon arriving at their workshop, they immediately assessed the situation and determined that the issue was not with the motor. They kindly provided their time and space in the workshop and fixed the problem within 10 minutes, ensuring that I could drive home safely. I highly recommend GH Autos. They are honest mechanics who genuinely care about their customers. Their professionalism and integrity were evident throughout my experience, and I am grateful for their prompt and effective service.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

REDLINE UK LTD is a fantastic place to do MOT. They work on appointment and strict with booking. They spend time to check your car well, and if any faults, they give you time to go and repair it abd come back. I have been using them for years and wouldn't swap them for any. Their staffs are professional and welcoming. The reception is great. Very good place to also repair your car.

I was satisfied with this garage. I went there with a list what I want to have done and the owner gave me a price quote at £1500. After 4 weeks I had finally some free time so I went there again and add front coil springs as well for additional £100. I agreed with price and send £800 deposit because all 4 adaptive shocks absorbers, 4 coil springs and 2x wishbone bushes were expensive themselves. After the transfer he booked my car straight in only 2 days after. I did not expect that but I was gladly surprised. On the day of service I brought my car, gave them my key (before he took my car key, he said that spare parts were more expensive and service will be £200 more expensive – I agreed because it was still a good price) and fill up one simple form. I told the owner if a mechanic finds anything else wrong or damaged on my car just lemme know the price. During the day we exchanged several messages about wishbone bushes (need to be exchanged a whole lower arm including the bushes) and all drop links as well. I agreed because I do not want to have any problems when I do next MOT. At about 4pm the same day my car was ready to pick up but I did not make it that day. Another day in the morning I paid the rest of money for the service and got my car key. All together cost me less then £2000. Yes, my Volkswagen Passat estate 2015 is an old car but price of the service including labour was definitely worth it. When I opened my car both front seats were covered by protective foil against dirt and they gave me a car hanging air freshener with their logo and contacts which was also a nice way how to treat a customer. On the invoice was not any note about 4-wheel alignment but I noticed that when I was gone so I rather had the alignment done by a local garage the same day. In general, I was happy with the service, communication, speed and price.

Excellent service at very competitive rates. The centre is accessible easily with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly. They have an active website. I booked my service online. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well for general service items only. They could not offer a repair over the weekend. That is usually done on the weekdays.

I have been working in Automotive, for 20 years. Over the last 6 years, we have recommended Shams Auto to all of our friends. Went here to simply get a set of front wiper blades for my 2011 Citreon C4 Picasso, and the guy (without asking) started fitting them for me. Good job too as there was about 8 different wiper blade arm adapters to choose from. Probs would have taken me an hour to do at home 😩. Top marks for service and helpfulness 👍
