Rebecca is the reason I love going to the hair salon again. I have searched for years and visited many Birmingham salons having my hair coloured and cut and never really liked the result. Rebecca listens. She understands my curly hair. She is brilliant with colour and always wants to ensure my hair stays healthy. I’m so happy to have found her.

This will forever be my favourite place to go to when I need to destress and relax. The atmosphere is unmatched. I usually get the haven package(massage and facial). I always leave feeling refreshed and zen. I love this place and I always recommend it to my family and friends. All the staff there are amazing, knowledgeable, and kind.

This was by far the most relaxing facial and massage service I’ve ever received. Got the express facial two days before my wedding and it made all the difference - left my skin radiant for the whole week. They even managed to squeeze me in for a last minute Swedish massage. Highly recommend and will be back!

Place is really cute, clean and welcoming. Zainab is very professional, gives the best service and advice. Her hands are magical and I always feel at ease as I know she gives 100% to everything she touches. The only nail salon I use , I’ve had problems with my nails hands and feet and Ida and staff have been so knowledgeable about what I can do to make them better. The salon is always spotless and staff are always fun and friendly. Wide choice of colours and able to do patterns and designs. I will show them a picture and they always do them perfectly. Can’t recommend enough.

I visited Coustis for the first time around 4 months ago, having been increasingly unhappy with my previous hairdresser. There's no doubt that Tony is an exceptionally talented, creative, knowledgeable and experienced hairdresser. I haven't been so happy with my hair since I was in my teens and twenties ( I am now 63!). However I am young at heart, exceptionally active, enjoy looking my best and I wanted a haircut that represents me as a person and not my age. I have had numerous compliments, which shows how good my hair looks. Tony is a great person too, making you feel comfortable, guiding you with your choice of style, and being totally honest. The team are very welcoming too so and I am definitely going back. Thanks for boosting my confidence with my hair. Liz P

Visited the salon today for my daughters hair cut (5 year old ) Janine was the hairdresser and I can not recommend her service enough she was exceptionally patient with my daughter she was extremely attentive in her precision whilst cutting and styling her hair. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and made this such a lovely experience. Will definitely be returning and recommend to all!

Beautiful clean salon with incredibly friendly staff. My 5 year old daughter had a great experience with wash,cut and blow dry. She came out saying "mummy I like that lady" . That lady being Amy. Will definitely be coming back. Great prices too.

I came across this little Goldmine today by mistake, I wanted my nails done for Christmas and couldn’t find time to fit them in, so as I was in the area I just walked in and hoped for the best. The salon is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, all very knowledgeable in their skills, nothing is too much trouble. I recently visited Medivine Salon near High Street in Birmingham for a taper haircut, and my wife got a layered cut. We were both absolutely thrilled with the results! Milad did an outstanding job on my taper, nailing the exact style I wanted with precision and skill. My wife's layered cut by Bayar was equally impressive, giving her hair beautiful movement and shape. Both stylists clearly have a great eye for detail and a passion for their craft. Beyond the haircuts themselves, the salon experience was top-notch. The space is modern and stylish, creating a premium atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, and we were even offered refreshments, which was a lovely touch. What really sets Medivine apart is the combination of exceptional service, talented stylists, and reasonable prices. It's rare to find a salon that offers such high quality without breaking the bank. I visited 25/11/24 for a manicure, it was my first time visiting the salon and I was greeted and serviced by Mani. Mani was lovely, welcoming and very patient with me, as I was a bit indecisive! She did a beautiful job and has a great eye, she picked out the perfect nude colour for my skin tone, right off the bat and came up with a beautiful nail art design. I will definitely be returning

I had a BIAB infill done a few days ago by Nafis and what stood out most to me was the customer service. She was so welcoming (as are the rest of the staff) which you'd think is a given but alot of nail salons aren't. She also wasn't overly rough with my fingers which again is something i've found hard to come by. Very professional setting. Despite my nails being very short at the moment, I love my biab! I will be back for my next set :)
