Today I had my hair done at beauthetic, the hospitality was amazing, was welcomed as soon as I walked in , my coat taken and hung up , I showed mah and salma the hairstyle I wanted , they reassured me it will be how I want it , I was offered hot drinks twice with snacks , I felt so relaxed and felt I was at home , I enjoyed my treatment , I felt really pampered, the out come of my hair just blew me away as it turned out to exactly how I wanted it , they did not rush it at all . I was amazed I highly recommended this salon . The k18 treatment also made a massive difference!! Definitely am going again !!

Fantastic service, had my eyebrows reshaped and they were exactly how I wanted them. Have been taking the nutritional skin ultimate tablets for 2 months now and they have worked amazingly. I have clearer glowing skin, and feel more energetic. I highly recommend the full body massage, having a pro lapsed disc the massage has really help me ease my muscle pain and spasm. Highly recommend beauty treatments and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Really excellent hairdresser; cut my hair and both my teenage daughters, all of our hair is really different but she did such a great job. Really put the teenage girls at ease! Can cut curly hair too. Very reasonably priced; I’ll definitely be going again.

Travelled all the way from Worcester because I heard Henna was really good. She absolutely did not disappoint! My hair was a scraggly mess and Henna knew exactly what to do to fix it. She works with Asian hair regularly so I don't have to hear comments about how thick or how dark my hair is. I got a head full of highlights and colour along with a lovely blow dry done for a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends, especially of different ethnic backgrounds!

I got my hair coloured with balayage, cut and styled and my daughter also had layers done. I haven't coloured my hair in over 8 years and Heena took her time and did a fantastic job. She’s very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you so much Heena for my lovely hair :) xx

At first, I was a little unsure how my overall look would be. Henna was able to quickly reassure me. This lady is super efficient and on it with time. She worked super hard with only one member of staff she got through so many in 4 hours. Definitely, suggest going here. A really hard working woman. Every lady left looking amazing. Great work Henna. I recently visited Hemaxy for the first time and had an amazing experience! I got a haircut and red highlights, and Shaitha did a phenomenal job. The red color turned out exactly how I wanted, and the dreamy haircut was perfect. Despite being very busy that day and managing two clients simultaneously, she was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. I also took my little daughter for a haircut, and Shaitha impressed me again by doing an excellent job in just five minutes! Additionally, I got a facial, and the beautician did it perfectly—unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was fantastic too. I highly recommend Hemaxy for their top-notch services and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be visiting them again soon!

I went to Simis for my first ever full body wax and I cannnot thank Simi enough. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience and she was quick, efficient and compassionate. I would highly recommend visiting and know that I’ll be back regularly due to the professionalism and warmth!

Had an amazing time with Hannah today. Firstly, she managed to book me in at short notice, then she gave me a high quality service. She did a careful and thorough job of making sure every bit of hair was cut to perfection. She cut it from very long to an immaculate blunt bob. She gave me loads of styling advice and answered all my questions and was really pleasant to chat to. Will be going to her for my trims again. Edit went for a second time saw Emma absolutely flawless service only place I will go now, as someone with autism they are really good with me very understanding

I’ve been going here for years, ever since I moved to the area, and I can’t recommend highly enough. Liz is very professional and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as I get through the door. I would recommend Liz to any of my friends.

I had never been to a home based salon before but went to Liz because she uses Dermalogica products. Having tried many beauticians over the years I am quite picky about leg waxes but Liz has to be one of the most thorough I have ever found. She always does a good job and her facials are fab too. Sadly I have moved to Coventry recently and was so upset about having leaving Liz I was debating driving back up the A45 just to see her. I would thoroughly recommend.
