I have been going to Claire for well over 10 years. She is lovely, extremely professional and always makes you feel at ease. Claire’s service is excellent and is great value for money. I wouldn’t go any where else.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatments, always been really happy with everything and the pricing is very reasonable. The salon is spotlessly clean. Claire is brilliant, always so friendly and makes you feel at ease straight away.

Started having micro blading when my brows started to thin out. I knew I wanted natural looking brows. I was recommended by a good friend & I went to see Maya for a consultation & we talk over exactly what I wanted & she explained step by step the process. She carry on a dye test & talk about after care. I have all the faith in her professional advice. I would totally recommend to anyone that needs the extra bit. I love my brows & feel more confidence.

I can’t recommend Maya highly enough. She’s such a lovely caring person and a good confidant. I have a fortnightly manicure and a pedicure every couple of months. I enjoy a few skin treatments too.occasionally. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Maya is a master who is extremely knowledgeable in her field, She gave us an amazing training, and nothing was any trouble for her. She is extremely professional, but at the same time speaks to you in a way you can clearly and easily understand all that is being taught . You really mean something to Maya! She absolutely gets what it’s like to be on the training/ student 👩‍🎓 side and if you train with Maya your in very safe and knowledgeable 🙌 hands! I would highly recommend maya as the best investment you will make in your training. She will be there for you even after the training ends, with her encyclopaedic mind on everything skin and beauty. She will be your teacher for life if you need her . X

Not only did Becky transform my hair but she really got to know me and spoke to me on a personal level. Been visiting Becky for a few years now, honestly the best person to take care of your hair, every time she does exactly what I want but keeping your hair in the best condition! Have visited the salon now with my daughter for years. Bec is so up to date with all the new styles and colours for my daughter and advises me perfectly when I'm so indecisive on my own styles! Our hair has never been so healthy and we get loads of compliments. She truly is a lovely person as well as talented. Very highly recommended.

05.10.24 I went to get my hair deep protein conditioned and steamed. Blessing and Bicki could not do enough for me. Their customer service skills were outstanding. I felt comfortable and at home. Most importantly they did a wonderful job with my hair. My hair feels so soft, silky and slick! My ladies thank you so much. Keep doing what you are doing. This review is long overdue. I've been to this salon twice first time had slik press and it came out amazing loved it forgot to take pictures but belive me it looked great! Second time I went had cornrows done took a picture of what I wanted and it came out even better then the picture I absolutely loved it! Very affordable both times I went. And last but not least the lady's that work in the salon are very professional and so lovely they offer a drink or nice sweets. I have been going to Mirror Mirror for 5 years now and cannot bring myself to move salons. I moved out of Birmingham in early 2022 and still travel 2 hours to get my hair done with Laura - she makes the journey so worth it and really is the best of the best. We've gone for a few different looks over the years and I always feel like I'm getting a bespoke treatment. I am always so happy with the service and end result and cannot thank all the ladies enough for making my hair as amazing as it now is! It's safe to say I'll keep coming back to Mirror Mirror for the foreseeable

I have been having my hair done by Molly ever since she qualified, she’s a lovely girl with a great experience in colouring and can now do balayage. She’s professional and friendly and we have a great rapport. I would recommend her to do your colour, whether it be foils, full head, root touch up or balayage.

I really recommend this salon. It's a welcoming, friendly place and Molly is absolutely amazing at what she does! I have a colour, cut and blow dry and always get so many people commenting on how nice my hair looks. So reasonably priced too.

First visit to this Salon and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and friendly and Anastasija did a fab job on my nails. It was my first time having BIAB and she explained everything to me and was very professional and thorough. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
