I been there for my nails, waxing and facial. I love all the services they gave. My skin was glowing after the facial and nails were amazing. I love the way they did my nails. The salon has an amazing set up and looks stunning. I’ve been visiting Namra’s salon for the past 3 years and she has always provided a 5 star service. Namra is an outstanding make up artist and hair stylist who always pleases with the looks she achieves. The salon now offers pedis, manis, body steam and various other treatments. Will definitely continue using her salon and recommending her to all my friends and family!!

Excellent service, make you feel so comfortable, I didn't know any of the staff when I parked outside Pearl and as I got out of the car I noticed I didn't have my purse, as I got back in the car to drive away a staff member came out to ask if I was ok, when I explained i wanted my eyebrows shaped but I forgot my purse, to my surprise she said don't worry come and you can pay next time you are here. I insisted that I couldn't but she was so kind and persuasive. Now I'm a customer for ever, Pearl is a long way from where I live but the service you receive is so welcoming, I just can't go anywhere else. Thank you ladies. Kulvinder

Went today first time ever to a completely different beauty parlour than I normally go to. Loved my experience there,.met with the lovely lady Farzana who so nicely took care of me. I'll now be using her services more often.

Love this place. I bring my four year old son here to cut his hair and the barbers are wonder. They are extremely attentive and make him feel at ease. The hairdressers are brilliant too and did a great job on my girls!

Here is the best customer service and nishi , she is very down to earth lady and polite by nature as I done my hairs highlight and feather cut to this saloon actually I gave the picture to nishi from the Google and she did exact cut to my hairs and am very happy to her seriously. I had laser done from nishi and my hair was really stubborn before and only with 3 treatment and the hair is really fine now and also the laser helped with my skin as my skin is clean and better than before. The customer service was good and the shop was clea. Everyone was so nice. Thanks nishi.

Been going to Rekha over 7 years she is brilliant really friendly and caring. All I do is sit on the seat and rekha knows what to do, I don't trust anybody else with my eyebrows.Place is nice and clean. Rekha does a really nice facial, takes her time. Even though Soho Rd is s distance from my home I don't mind travelling.
