Charlotte took me for a walk-in appointment on Monday and it was my first visit as I have come home from uni for the holiday. She did an amazing job styling my hair following the description and reference photos I gave her and was very cautious of a new piercing I had, while doing my hair. All staff were kind, tender and welcoming. I definitely recommend KOSA and I will be visiting again 💓 Thank you!

Charlotte did a great job of sorting out my wild quarantine hair (I had done a few at-home haircuts....). She listened to my concerns and wishes, and completely transformed my hair. We had a lovely chat the whole time and the covid-related precautions put me right at ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend her (as did my sister which is why I went) and will definitely go back!

Had my hair changed from blonde to an amazing brown with a few light highlights in. I absolutely adore it and everyone has said how good it looks! 100% the best salon i’ve been too and will be going back every time. The lovely lady who did my hair was fantastic and was so sweet. As someone who only recently discovered I have wavy/curly hair, I was a bit nervous trying somewhere completely new. But Becky worked her magic, and turns out my hair wasn’t the problem—it was just a bad cut! She added gorgeous layers that frame my face perfectly, making my waves come to life. The B-Hive Hair Lounge in Stourbridge can only be described as a 5* salon and more, excellent service and hospitality. Interior design of the new salon space has been created and personally crafted beautifully by Becky and her husband. A lovely couple who are very hands on creative and innovative on so many levels. It is always a pleasure to spend an hour or two in the new salon. Such a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere to chill and relax with lovely friendly staff and clients. Becky is a star and I am so grateful she been my hairdresser for over 10 years. I could not imagine going to any other hairdresser. Becky is an extremely experienced, professional and creative hairdresser I would recommend highly to anyone. I trust Becky 110% to cut, colour, restyle my hair and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Any woman that has not had their hair done here yet needs to book in! Becky, the stylist, is fantastic. I always leave there with my hair coloured, cut, and styled to absolute perfection. Suranne will look after you as soon as you walk in, will make you as many coffees as you like, and even takes music requests if you ask nicely. The salon itself is lovely. The prices are also very reasonable, which means I can treat myself to a haircut more often!

Sandra cut my hair beautifully. She's the only hairdresser I've ever seen who actually talked me into keeping my hair long. They usually end up lopping loads off and I come out disappointed. This time I came out feeling fabulous. I'm booked in again for the summer. Really nice lady and she did a lovely job. Reasonably priced too. Thanks so much.

This place is the best hairdressers I’ve ever had. I moved to Stourbridge in 2015. I’ve lived in Manchester, Wolverhampton & Telford since and I will always travel back. Steph is great, easy going & always so helpful. It’s always a laid back atmosphere. Lou & Liv are also so welcoming & friendly. Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing pedicure - so careful fully relaxed the chair gave the best massage and had really good coffee -what more do you need on a Saturday morning also had my waxing - possibly the fastest and least painful I’ve ever had!! Rosy is very welcoming and extremely professional. She made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process and the benefits of hot waxing compared with strip waxing. An overall fab experience for my first ever wax! Rosy is a lovely lady and can’t wait to return for my next appointment

This was my first experience with waxing and it honestly couldn’t have been better. Rosy was so kind and caring, and really took the time to make me feel comfortable. She talked me through every step, and explained everything she was doing. I will definitely be returning !!! :)

Had a fantastic experience here today. We were able to walk in and get our son’s hair cut. He is a toddler and struggles with this usually, but the facilities here are excellent and Jo is very patient and makes children feel comfortable. Very happy with his hair, we will be booking and coming back soon.

Lovely place to take your children for their haircut. My little boy doesn’t like having his hair cut, however when he got to the salon, he was excited to play with the toys that were there, he loved the police car he got to sit in while his hair was being cut and was engrossed in the a dinosaur tv programme that was on, to even moan about his hair being cut. The ladies are lovely and so kind to the children. My little boy didn’t want to leave afterwards, he wanted to stay and play with the toys! Will definitely be back

My self and daughter took my 2 Grandchildren to its not just a hair cut. My one grandson is really nervous about hair cut.. But Julie made him feel relaxed as much as possible. My eldest daughter had the Pamper Package as a birthday gift this morning and she had such a brilliant experience, she was so happy and felt like a princess. My youngest daughter is only 3 and she had a fringe cut and a glitter tattoo, she also had a great experience and loved playing with the toys. Highly recommend!!

So happy to have found this hair salon. Steph is really lovely. This was my first visit. She made me feel really comfortable and the salon is so calm. For the cut, Steph listened to my requests and made sure she fully understood what I wanted and described what she would do. She cuts with a razor and takes time to ensure the cut is even and thinned where needed and styled beautifully. She checked throughout the cut that I was happy with things and advised her next moves. I'm so happy with my haircut and have rebooked.

I'm always very satisfied with my hair cuts as Steph really gets me and my hair. I never have to wait long and I leave feeling well looked after and good about myself. I can fully recommend her.

I took my disabled mum (Parkinson’s disease) here for a restyle and blow dry and the staff were friendly, helpful, compassionate and provided excellent service from booking, all through to the end.
