Came round to quote for a full rewire. Told me I didn’t need a rewire. Talked himself out of a £4000 job. Had him to wire me a new fuse board and fit me a shower at a fraction of the cost. Will be keeping his number and recommending him.

Brett recently carried out a number of electrical jobs for us and provided an excellent service. He was reliable, always turning up on time and professional in his attitude. He took his time explaining each process and went the extra mile so that we felt confident in his work. We have already booked Brett in for some other work and have recommended him to our friends.

After the power cut out at my rental property with no sign of it coming back I had a rather anxious tenant to sort the issue out for. I went on Google and found that DY Electrical was one of the top 3, so I called and straight away got through to Scott. He was so helpful and got to the property within 10 minutes. Because of the nature of the building there was a lot of waiting around to gain access to a communal electrical services room and to save my bill running too high he went home for a while until access was gained and then returned to get the power back on once access had been gained. I don't think I've ever met a tradesman who would do this and I work in the home improvement industry. Thank you Scott, safe to say your number is now saved in my phone!

Scott recently installed several new plug sockets and re-wired a cooker socket when we had our kitchen refitted. He was recommended by our kitchen fitter but we got several quotes, he was a good price and importantly said he didn’t need to tear up our ceiling to do the required work. He also actually listened to what we wanted and didn’t try and force a different socket layout on us. I was pleased with the work he carried out and would recommend him. Many thanks Scott!

We have needed our consumer unit replacing for years and, after hearing from Liam that it would be straightforward, decided to take the plunge! We needn't have worried, Liam did the changeover while we were away without any issues at all - in fact you'd never know he'd been in! Communication, timekeeping, and tidiness were excellent, as were the workmanship and quality of materials used. Very impressed. We will definitely use CT Electrical Installations again, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a job to add a electric cooker point and hide the wire behind some trunking. Big thanks to Liam, Carl and Darren today for an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves and was tidy throughout.

Had the guys out to move our plug sockets out of skirting board - while they were out they noticed a problem with our electrical box and fixed it asap to make sure everything was safe. Overall they did a great job, very professional, and tidy. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Dan was great and able to fit me in at very short notice. His prices are also very reasonable. He fitted a socket for the TV on the chimney breast and installed my hardwired ring doorbell, without running wires all through the house. He's also very tidy and keeps his workspace clean. Highly recommend!

Dan did a full house re-wire for us. With all big jobs there are times when plans must change due to impracticality or pure impossibility, however, Dan went above and beyond to give us everything we wanted including more plug sockets in a lounge than he’d had to do before and did it all beautifully. As he is an excellent all round tradesman he understands that other work such as plastering and decoration would need to be completed after the re-wire and endeavoured to make the follow on work as easy as possible when doing the channeling. As the work was being done other things arose that Dan was happy to discuss and accommodate there and then or make plans for future visits. Dan even added an external socket as a treat for us. Can’t recommend his services enough.

Dan is an experienced and hardworking electrician. He has upgraded our very old fuseboard, and done safety checks on our switch sockets and lighting switches. He has replaced some switch sockets and done some repairs to light fixtures. He has also advised on other areas of maintenance and repair to our very old house. He is punctual, explains his work, and keeps his work area clean and tidy. He is also very knowledgeable in many other areas of property maintenance and improvement. His pricing is very reasonable, he is friendly and reliable, would recommend his services and will definitely use him again.

Having just purchased a property which was uninhabited for over a year, I enlisted AEM to assist with all the electrical requirements - getting the utilities reconnected, testing/evaluating the electric installation, conducting the relevant repairs to damaged wiring etc. Callum, the electrician who handled the service call was great. Fast, efficient, identified and advised on faults and was transparent throughout. I was happy with the work, with a fully functioning and certified electrical system - so happy in fact, that I have requested them for more works on the property.
