Amazing service before and after installation of alarm & camera system. Arrived on time and made me aware that they are only ever a call or text message away. Checked in day after installation to ensure that we were able to do everything correctly. No mess or rubbish left behind, shoe covers used whilst indoors even though I said there was no need. We have used Jay several times in the past. Always a very professional, excellent service. On this occasion we had a new extractor fan fitted in our kitchen, and spot lights and extractor fan fitted in our bathroom. Jay had a puncture on the morning of this job, but still managed to complete effortlessly and to a very high standard. Very professional, clean service. Needed a Ev charger installed and had a pretty small window between install and delivery of my EV vehicle and was recommended Actismart by a colleague. Initial call with Jay to discuss my requirements who was very polite and professional in taking a few details and then passed me over to his brother Josh who again was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was waiting under a week from my initial enquiry to install and all without any issues. These guys are very professional and their work and finish was to a very high standard. Unfortunately the 2 lads who came out to install I didn't get their names but again just as the rest very professional and their work to a very high standard. Would certainly recommend Actismart for any of your electrical needs and I shall certainly be saving their details as my electricians of choice.

We had an issue with one of our double plug sockets in the kitchen. After completing an online form we were contacted within the hour by Helen, and the job was rectified within a few hours from the telephone call. We had a new socket fitted and sunk into wall, John and James found a solution to a problem with a light fitting in the kitchen. Everything left neat and tidy and looks great. We called surge out to investigate constant fuse blowing of sockets, after diagnostics the installation was very old and in a very dangerous state. It needed rewiring as it must of been at least 40 years old and a mess. Surge rewired the whole house keeping mess to a minimum and just did a brilliant job start to finish. He left me stress free so I could get on with my own job and I'm very happy with his service. I would not hesitate to recommend him further. Thankyou surge

I recently brought my first house and it’s been a bit of a project; however I didn’t realise how poor (and dangerous!) the existing wiring was. Naturally, I looked around for an electrician to assess the full extent of the work needed and someone who was reliable. After going through the reviews of a number of electricians I finally came across Mike. He responded fast to any communications sent and was really friendly. He came and thoroughly assessed the wiring/electrics. I was initially concerned about the costs due to having a strict budget but the quote he provided was extremely fair for the significant work required and took the time to explain things to me. Whilst I went to work, I left a key with Mike who quietly went about his work and helpfully provided updates when needed. He works fast but his work is incredibly thorough and exceeds expectations. I don’t normally write reviews but I would really recommend Mike to anyone who needs an electrician. If I have any further work, this is the guy I will go to every time.
