My son had his perm done here today. All the staff were very welcoming, warm and friendly. My son had his perm done at another salon where is hair was messed up and not done properly to his satisfaction. But Anna was so lovely, she guided him through the process of his perm and also the aftercare. Also explained how to deal with his dry scalp. She did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the results. She also managed to fit him for a haircut so didn’t need to go elsewhere. Will definitely be coming back Thank You x

well what can i say 😍 absolutely amazing service my daughter has had from the get go. From the 1st time she walked into the salon for perm strand tests to today actually sitting for nearly four hours perming and styling her hair, Anna and the rest of the staff so kind professional, caring and beautiful inside and out. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to do her hair as i was so worried about letting anyone touch it and its turned out show stopping... shes in love with it. You truly went above and beyond for Leah, her hair was so thick and long and achieved such a beautiful perm thats put the biggest smile on my daughters face. Excellent styling and after care advice and amazing products👌🏽 You ladies are truly amazing and made us all feel so welcomed and comfortable, such a professional service next appointment already booked in. Had my hair coloured and thinned as I have thick hair and when it was all done I felt fantastic as most hairdressers either cut my hair to short or don't thinning it enough but this hairdresser is fantastic it take me ages to find someone who can do my hair and this is the place fantastic service and prices would highly recommend

I had a pleasant experience visiting Lorellin last weekend. I was made to feel welcome from beginning to end. Rabs ensured that my daughter also felt comfortable. Rabs gave me some great advice about products for my hair and braided my hair exactly how I wanted it. I was so pleased with the end result. The price was affordable, the salon had a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thanks again Rabs 😊

Went on Tuesday to get my nails done for my birthday, never been before but thought I'd give it a go. Their prices was unbeatable & the lady who did my nails made them to exactly what I wanted. Very welcoming and offering us tea or coffee. Couldn't of asked for a better set. Will deffo be returning again.

Booked in last minute to get my eyebrows and nails done, whilst there decided to also get lash extensions. Came here the other day for the first time to go on the sun bed. Staff were polite, kind and professional. Jade who works there was very good to me and the other girl who was working with her (sorry couldn’t remember her name). I would be happy to come here again in the future!! 🤩🥰☀️ I returned back to this salon on the 21/06/24 for this time to have my seconds and thirds pierced on my ear lobes due to finding out that the business does piercings too!! I’ve got to say the lady who done them for me (her name is Tammie) was extremely professional, kind and caring with a nice sense of humour!! She took her time throughout the whole procedure and kept asking if I was feeling ok e.g. not feeling dizzy etc. I went for the needle procedure instead of the gun due to not being a big fan of the gun! I’ve honestly got to say for me the needle didn’t hurt as much compared to the gun which I was so pleased about as it made my experience a lot more comfortable!! The salon is very clean and hygienic too with a professional set up!! So to anyone who would like any sort of piercings done I recommend to come here and see Tammie! 💎🫶🏼✨
