My son had his perm done here today. All the staff were very welcoming, warm and friendly. My son had his perm done at another salon where is hair was messed up and not done properly to his satisfaction. But Anna was so lovely, she guided him through the process of his perm and also the aftercare. Also explained how to deal with his dry scalp. She did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the results. She also managed to fit him for a haircut so didn’t need to go elsewhere. Will definitely be coming back Thank You x

well what can i say 😍 absolutely amazing service my daughter has had from the get go. From the 1st time she walked into the salon for perm strand tests to today actually sitting for nearly four hours perming and styling her hair, Anna and the rest of the staff so kind professional, caring and beautiful inside and out. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to do her hair as i was so worried about letting anyone touch it and its turned out show stopping... shes in love with it. You truly went above and beyond for Leah, her hair was so thick and long and achieved such a beautiful perm thats put the biggest smile on my daughters face. Excellent styling and after care advice and amazing products👌🏽 You ladies are truly amazing and made us all feel so welcomed and comfortable, such a professional service next appointment already booked in. Great service at Bilston salon. Don't usually go to Bilston salon but Anna arranged everything for me as Woodcross salon was closed. Always goes above and beyond for me. 💜 Amanda did a great job of wash n blow-dry, having never done my hair before. Excellent! Brava!! Well done 😊.
