Super happy with the service! I have to say customer service has been great, I had a few questions and was a little nervous about trying to have someone cleaning my house again after having a few bad experiences. I’ve been reassured and proven that it is possible to have the house the way you want it and it’s not too much to ask for what you want done and how. After a lot of building work including a wall being knocked out and new kitchen and utility being put in we decided to have a deep clean. 4 ladies came and cleaned for just over 4 hours. They were all lovely and worked very hard. Very pleased with the result

To say I was blown away by how much they did and the standard to which they did it is an understatement. I've never had any help like that before, and I was so touched that I cried in the end. THANK YOU Charmaine, Shannon, Rachel and Alice! I needed to find someone to help me by cleaning my parent's house. I was even more nervous as this job was for someone I love, and it's a very personal thing allowing people to come into your space and all the considerations that come with that and even more so if you're asking someone to come into your family home. After a search on Google and a good read of the reviews, I found a few companies that looked good, and Bright and Beautiful Wolverhampton were one of them. Charmaine stood out instantly with her knowledge and professionalism. I asked an awful lot of questions, especially as I needed to be very careful about all the bugs that are around at this time of year for health reasons. She answered everything with ease, and she was so helpful - she didn't once make me feel stupid or like I was being a nuisance, as she understood this was a big deal for me. She came out exactly when she said she would to have a look and provide me with a proper quotation. She was as helpful and professional in person as she was on the phone and I was really happy with the plan for the day of the clean that she put together. On the day, Charmaine came in person, together with Shannon, Rachel and Alice. They all showed such respect for everyone in the property, changing into inside shoes before they started work. They had a team meeting to agree on who would do what prior to starting, and they were so well organised. From the moment they started to when they finished, Shannon, Rachel and Alice all worked tirelessly and meticulously. Not only that, they all came with such a good vibe, I could tell they genuinely liked working together, so much so you could feel it inside the house. They clearly all really care so much about what they do and who they're doing it for. They were so kind and professional. To say I was blown away by how much they did and the standard to which they did it is an understatement. I've never had any help like that before, and I was so touched that I cried in the end. I booked for an end of tenancy clean. Unfortunately the previous tenants hadn’t left the property in a good state. The girls came in and worked wonders on my house, ready for the new tenants to move in. Brilliant service from the cleaners, along with great customer service from Charmaine & Hayley. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bright & Beautiful again in the future.

Our slate tile floor looks absolutely beautiful after it has been cleaned by Keiron. It’s been treated to dissolve the old sealer and lift all the grime that you can’t get out cleaning with normal methods, cleaned, sealed and buffed up. The colours and patterns that have come out are beautiful and I don’t think I had realised how dull it had become. This is the second time Keiron has been to clean our slate floor, the first time was about 2018 and he cleaned a quarry tile floor too. If you have got slate floors you will be really pleased with the results of having them cleaned professionally and I can’t recommend it enough. See before and after and look at the light tiles, it’s even better in real life

Our stone fire surround was damaged when it was installed. I called Keiron in the vague hope that he may be able to remove the cement stains and improve the look. He's transformed something that I'd basically written off - he really has done a stellar job in restoring the stone. We're so so happy with his work.

I can highly recommend this company as they were able to clean oven at short notice. Oven is like brand new, gentleman who cleaned oven was very friendly, efficient and cleaned as he went along. Price was very good £60 for double oven. Arrived on time even though he was not able access at 9am, but contacted to tell me would be back later and he was true to his word. Very pleased with all overall service from this company.

We got in touch with a few mobile oven cleaners in the locality. As it was near to Christmas, it was explained to us that most companies would be extremely busy and, more than likely, be too busy to accommodate us. This company replied to our request quickly and, to our surprise, said that they would fit us in. The guy turned up at the exact time he said he would, even calling 20 minutes prior to say he was on his way. He was polite and examined each step he was taking to clean the oven, and gave us practical advise on how to the best way to reduce the need to clean it. I wouldn't hesitate to use this companies services, and I would recommend them to anyone, they are a reliable and economical bunch of people.

He rang the day before arriving to confirm all OK, arrived bang on time, was so polite, respectful and friendly, told us exactly what he was going to do and by the time he was ready to go the oven looks brand new! Wowza!!! I booked Danny to come and clean my mom's oven and extractor hood after she moved into her new home. I wanted someone who was going to be as kind to my mom as they were to the oven and Danny delivered on both counts. A great price, a great service and even a courtesy call to say he was on his way. Fast friendly service. Excellent communication and fitted us into a packed schedule as problems with our gutters have been getting worse, especially after the recent downpours. All of our upvc is close to 20 years old and was scruffy. Thanks to a brilliant job by Gavin at All Round Cleaning it all now looks almost new again!!!
