Moved into a HMO and was told it would be clean but once moved in, I realised the place was dirty. I called multiple cleaning places and no one could come on such short notice. Shahid came and cleaned the bedroom and bathroom and the floors (so much dirt everywhere!) - would definitely recommend

Josh and Lyndon were excellent cleaners. Josh was quick and attentive to speak with me on the phone and book me in for a visit so he could quote (reasonable) then a date and time to start cleaning (builders dust aftermath). They were brilliant. Thorough. I was very happy to have them in the house and just get on with it without having to check in. Suffice to say, very happy customer. Would recommend and use again. I phoned Midland Cleaning on a Saturday regarding an end of tenancy clean, not really expecting the phone to be answered. But it was! Josh answered and was extremely helpful, and managed to look at photos and quote for the clean, and even book it in at very short notice for the next week. The service was exemplary, Josh even arranged a key collection for a very reasonable charge. The team did a great job, and sent photos for my reassurance. First class all round.

Nice to be able to use a local company especially one worthy of 5 stars. Jason and Luke cleaned all my facias, soffits and gutters in appalling weather conditions. Easy company to work with from initial contact to completion of the work, arrived at the quoted times for survey and start of the cleaning process, would definitely use again.

We have now used SolClean on 3 occasions to clean paving, block paving, tarmac as well as roof, gutters, soffits and fascias. On each occasion we have found the work to be carried out in a very professional manner and to a very high standard. The all round service from liaising with Martin to the work being undertaken by Jason and his team, was superb. We would highly recommend them .

I am very pleased with my block paved drive after the lads cleaned and re-sanded it this week. Cleaning has really brought the colours of the bricks out, plus all the weeds have gone! They worked very efficiently and Martin let me know in advance exactly when they would arrive and what the procedure would be. Great job!

Excellent service from the moment I made initial contact for a quote. We and our neighbour had our roofs cleaned and treated, I also had gutters/fascias/windows and drive cleaned. Excellent communication through out, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and excellent value for money. Merry Maids have been cleaning for me for many years. My current team of Fiona and Anne are the best, absolutely brilliant! It's wonderful to arrive home after they've been as they leave everywhere glistening and shining. They are without doubt the best team that have ever cleaned for me and I notice if they are off or on holiday. Besides being great cleaners, they are both lovely and trustworthy people.

I have had Merrymaids to do my cleaning for a few years now and I am totally satisfied with my two ladies Holly and Kim. They do an excellent job every time they come and regular callers often remarked on how clean and pleasant my home is. My bathroom comes in for special praise and my daughter always knows when my ladies have been because she says there is always a fresh, clean smell in my bungalow. The bedding is changed and washed every time they come and I didn't have to ask them to do it.They do extras such as wash my mop, make me a drink and carefully clean around any spiders they find because I don't like to kill them. They always have time for a chat, which I enjoy and I regard them as friends. My bill is the same each fortnight and not by the hour, which I particularly like and Holly and Kim never rush but make sure everything is gleaming and clean. When I was taken into hospital as an emergency at the beginning of 2024 the girls came to clean as we never thought to stop them so they quietly let themselves in and cleaned the bungalow in their usual efficient way which proved how trustworthy they were; this is so important. I feel very fond of these ladies and I consider myself very lucky to have them; they are great and I don't know how they do such a good job each time. I would recommend anyone who wants a cleaner to have Merry Maids of Solihull but you can't have my two wonderful ladies; they are the best and a credit to their Company.
