Juan's professionalism on behalf of Huntsman Pest Control was exemplary! He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful. Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner - I cant recommend him highly enough.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

Will came out almost immediately when we called him. He proofed our house really well and obviously is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He was much better value for money than other companies in the area and included a guarantee once works were complete. We highly recommend him.

OMG I cannot recommended Neil enough! Heard scratching in my loft once established through setting cameras it was a rat - traps down and he was caught within the hour!!!!! Amazing service as he came back to dispose of. Reset trap in case anymore. Hopefully I will sleep tonight!

I contacted Neil and his team in desperation after months of issues with rodents in my loft and other companies unable to eradicate the issue. Neil, Sue and the team have been wonderful they put a plan in place, did necessary repairs to my roof, even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening (and didn’t charge the earth)! I can’t thank them all enough and would recommend them 100 times over I am forever grateful ☺️

I had a further problem when we returned from holiday and they came out straight away and sorted another wasp infestation in a lift area. He only charged me for the spray product. What a great service Neil provides. Contacted Killverm 7.30pm Saturday night due to a Rat coming through the floor under our cupboards. Neil was out within the hour to investigate and set traps. Returned promptly Sunday morning close off the access as needed. Highly Recommend and very reasonably priced.
