Had a wasp nest on my property, they were getting in and out through a hole in the brickwork near the soffit. Called ACP and arranged a visit for the next day, professional and knowledgeable he treated the nest and said it should be neautralized within 48hrs or he'd do a free retreat. Next morning there was no activity from the nest. Cheaper and a quicker response than Wolves council, would defiantly recommend and use again.

We live too far away in the South of England to take advantage of the Pest Interceptors rat free guarantee, however I had a comprehensive 90 minute phone call with Christian who talked me thorough everything on how to make my home rat free using the DIY service. I am happy to say that after 6 months of hell hearing rats scuttling around in the loft and wall cavities, we are now completely rat free. I can’t thank Christian enough.

The Pest Interceptors team were amazing. Very polite and took the time to look around and listen to the rodent issue I had. They got to work and quickly found the source of the issue which was my neighbours drains. Very pleased and relieved- I can sleep again as I haven't heard any noises since! I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Had a wasp nest removed by Richard. He was extremely professional and was with us within 24 hours. He took his time to talk us through what he was doing and very conscious we weren't to close or could get stung. One visit sorted out issue but had a follow up call and promised a revisit of it was needed.

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. I live in Codsall had so much Wasps around the house and mostly the kitchen got worsen everyday. Anti-Pest Prevention came once then twice , still no hope. Because unclear picture as to where these Wasps were coming from. However, Anti Pest Prevention did not give up. Thirdly time lucky they managed to find where the Queen nest has been held. Henry is a true professional, we called on a weekend and was with us 9am on the Sunday. Inspected the loft and confirmed a potential woodworm issue. Put us at ease, explained the options and was in no way pushy with what options to take, only what fit within our budget. Attended and carried out the work efficiently.
