I sent an email enquiry in the morning along with a picture of the work I needed to my roof and within a few hours I received a reply from Terry. I was given a quote for the work and later in the day I received a call from Terry who attended to refix my loose roof tile. Terry is truly a genuine and honest guy and rest assured you are not about to be ripped off like the other roofing companies that you may have received a quote from. Just like when you take your car to a garage for a repair you want a honest and reliable price and not to be ripped off as you don’t know nothing about cars or engines. Terry arrived with two other guys who followed his instructions and the work was done within a short space of time. I will definitely be using him again if needed and recommending him to family and friends. Thank you Terry.

Contacted MG roofing to undertake various work on the gable end of my property which was difficult to access and required scaffolding. I used BRS to retile my existing roof and tile my new extension roof. I am in the building/property industry myself so wanted someone who would work to a high standard. I got quotes from four different companies and BRS were not the cheapest, however Terry was professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was also recommended by a few other tradespeople that I know. They turned up on time and did the job to a high standard, a couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and without quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending BRS, plus his drone photos are very cool 😎

Terry did everything he said he would, he turned up to review the job and booked the job in exactly when he said he would. The team started yesterday on the flat-roof, at 7.30am and worked continuously, I've never seen anything like it, they finished this morning and it looks great. They cleaned up everything, in fact it looked better than it did when they started and they were all super polite and easy to work with. We'd contacted a lot of roofers before we got Best Roofing on board and dismissed most of them because they didn't list specifics in their quote and didn't give a 10 year guarantee, like Terry does. We can't afford to make mistakes so we were more than happy to engage a company that's Limited too, we know we have come-back and not just a mobile number. Thank you so much for helping us, we really appreciate it !

I used Robinsons on our new storage facility in Norfolk. They done a fantastic job stripping and fitting a new insulated metal roof and over cladding the brick walls to make the building look brand new. Really nice guys who always kept me informed of progress and overcame any issues that come with an old building. Done an excellent job fitting and made the process easy.
