Des and Dave did an excellent job of replacing two flat roofs, lead flashing work around my chimney areas, as well as fixing/replacing some missing tiles on the main roof. Very hardworking, friendly guys who went over and above to complete the job and leave everything good as it was before. Will definitely use them again for any future roof work and recommend them to friends/family. Well done.

I contacted Gareth when my survey report showed that the existing roof was damaged. He assessed the necessary work and provided a quote based on the photos in the report, met me at the property to discuss it, then once I had moved in, completed the work promptly. After removing the old roof he found that further work was necessary due to damaged timber underneath, and didn't charge me any extra for that.

I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

We just moved house and the roof had quite a few things that need fixing or replacing. Tom listened to what I requested and gave some useful advice, then sent over a reasonable quote with a break-down of the costs of the individual sub-jobs. We were kept updated with dates of scaffolding and work, which were as confirmed, and the work was all carried out in 3 days (change of soffits and fascias and gutters, repairing valleys, repointing chimneys, replacing chimney flashing, installing tile vents plus a few more minor things that were not evident until the valleys had been uncovered). The workmen were pleasant and tidy workers, answered questions I had, and Tom came round after the work was done to check on a couple of things and put up a cable that had come loose during the work. Reliable, reasonably priced and I feel confident that if there are any problems cropping up in the future TWF Roofing will come back and sort it out.

TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.

Brickwork in front bay area of house needed replacement. They turned up on time, began work quickly and kept at it for the whole day. At the end of the day they cleared up, leaving things probably better than before they started. I already knew it was a 2 day job and, when they returned the next day it was the same as before; working consistently and doing a very good job. The site was left clean and tidy. The price was one I was happy to pay. The workers were very helpful and good natured. I have used them before and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

Mark and his two colleagues have just completed a week of work rebuilding and replacing our brewhouse roof with heritage rosemary and dreadnought tiles. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful it looks. The work has been done sympathetically (the building is 175 years old) and professionally, (please look at the images). The existing roof and wood were removed carefully so I can reuse it elsewhere and he found me a great place to get the reclaimed materials at a better price than I could find.. Mark stepped in after I had been let down for almost six months. He turned up when he said he would, worked at a pace, kept me informed, gave me a clearly broken down quote,.
