From the initial contact to completion of the job, we found this company professional , reliable and trustworthy. On the first meeting we were told exactly what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Ours was a complex job that other traders could not comprehend or instil confidence in us. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The team was hard working and punctual producing a clean and tidy result. Nothing was too difficult, even when I asked for something to be done differently, making the job more complicated, they went out of their way to appease me and create, a perfect finish. We have another job that requires their expertise and have no hesitation in ringing them and recommending them. If only all tradesmen were like this!! Life would be simpler!

Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. Mark is a consummate professional. He came to view the work, we needed doing, the same day we contacted him. He discussed what needed doing and showed us photos of the damage. His estimate arrived promptly and when asked to do the work gave us a precise starting date, which he kept to. Worked solely on our roof for two days. Has checked up on scaffold removal and on his work. Everything left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate in having Mark again to do building work for us. Chris and his colleague recently completed work on our flat roofs, which we suspected was going to have some difficult elements due to previous owners botched jobs. Luckily for us, Chris really knows his stuff. He and his colleague arrived promptly every morning and, despite the appallingly cold weather, grafted really hard, barely pausing except to eat their lunch. They identified and rectified the elements that were not up to par and we now have well-laid, watertight roofs that will be good for many years. We had used Chris before for a smaller job and having found him totally trustworthy, hardworking and reliable, we did not hesitate in using his services for the larger job and would not hesitate to use him again, should the necessity arise. We asked Jude and his team to do some extensive external renovation work to our home as well as fitting a new bathroom, kitchen and loft conversion. JMS listened to our requirements and provided us with excellent advice on how the work could be achieved within our budget.
